It's lightweight,touch screen ,versatile viewing modes what more can you ask for ? I can connect my Bluetooth headphones ,watch movies and listen to music,I also found a way to wirelessly print which was not so easy at first but downloaded an app and work just great now.I am just using this laptop to surf the web and didn't want to spend an arm and a leg to get a macbook.My only con would be that there is no back lit keyboard.

Worst computer I bought in many years. Usually, I can find someone who would take it in family or someone to buy it who can deal with quirks if I don't like the unit. In this case, the Samsung screen is great, but the wifi, speakers, and other hardware are junk. Worst and most important, the Chromebook OS is useless. It only can work 25% of what my Android phone can do. It is very flaky and limiting with hardly any options to customize or setup. When I returned this to the store, two other people were doing the same return for the same product and reasons. Not even the SD card slot is allowed to be accessible to any apps beyond a few stock apps. The biggest joke of an OS I have seen in many years. I recommend to avoid all Chromebooks unless they make it a full non-beta working OS.

Bought this device for my wife who still had an aging Nexus 10. Looked for a hybrid between a tablet and laptop. She really likes the sleekness of the device and how it folds all the way around to simulate a tablet. Some android apps don't work on it yet, but the Play Store is in Beta. Hoping that will be fixed over time. Otherwise it seems to be working well for her. Keyboard has a nice feel to it. Not cramped compared to smaller tablet ones.

I was able to set up all of my apps from Android without any issues. I have no issue with this device.

Good product for price, keyboard us average, pad/cysor not great. Good display...good price point

First of all, I purchased a refurbished and had some gift cards, I got this at a price similar to my old Acer c720. At that price this is a great machine. The addition of Android apps to ChromeOS makes a huge difference! I didn't think I needed a new Chromebook because the Acer still ran great, but I never touch it anymore. I barely use the stylus, but the touchscreen and tablet mode are very useful. Overall a good device.

We bought this for our 2nd grader because her school is transitioning from iPads to Chromebooks and I wanted her to get used to using a real keyboard since she’s a pro at using the iPad. The touchscreen is great and it makes her feel like she’s still using the iPad AND she’s learning to type on the real keyboard. It’s a win-win. Easy and fast operating system and I’ve never had a problem with a Samsung. Great product.

The touch screen is responsive, most of the apps run smoothly but the speaker isn't so good.

Easy to setup. Handles basic tasks very well. The pen is very handy as well. Highly recommend it!
