I bought this for my daughter for her first year a college and she’s going into her second with no problems. Great look and not bulky.

She was able to take this tablet and immediately start setting it up. It is durable for a young person to be able to take with them to school

Its s nice laptop but not all programs/ products is compatible because it doesn't run on Windows software. Doesnt have HDMI.

its fast and light...great for anyone who takes a labtop to a coffee shop, travel and other places...

I purchased the chrome book for school and it's the best decision. I use it a lot to take notes because it has a pen that goes with the laptop

Good for browsing and media consumption. Would not recommend it for anything outside of that though.

My samsung tabled had died, so I needed something new. I wanted a tablet, but the functionality of a laptop. This was the perfect combination.

Really like how this can be used as a tablet or a laptop. links well with android phone to provide seamless transition from one to the other.

Great computer/tablet for a 10 year old for school. Fits all hus school needs without it being a full on laptop in terms of price and memory

It was light and sleek, love that I could download apps, but when it came writing in google docs and trying to edit it was too hard and wasted my time. I spent too much time trying to figure out how to do a spell check, and delete stuff I had typed, that by the time I got it, I had forgotten what I wanted to type as a replacement. It gave me a headache.

I would have given this a 5 star rating if it had a back lit keyboard. keyboard is a bit cramped and does take a little to get used to.

This is a great beginner laptop for a teen. They use them at school all day so she already knows how to use it! She uses it everyday

I love the Chromebook Plus. I am still learning what it can do but so far it does what I need it to do and the battery life is great.

I'm using this with OneNote app and working nice. It syncs well with desktop so I can keep my records very clean. Highly Recommended!

I used to be a H.P laptop user, not any more, this Samsung Chromebook is by far more superior than any laptop i have had to date.

Product works great as long as you’re connected to the Internet most apps are required to have an Internet connection to operate

I really enjoyed using this Chromebook, until it stopped working a month after purchase. I am a freelancer and use this computer exclusively for work. A month after purchase, tabs and new windows started opening on their own, the keyboard stopped responding and would type letters randomly. New tabs would open and start zooming in all the way without my touch. Per Best Buy's warranty policy, the only option was to send the computer away for 2-3 weeks for evaluation and repair. Considering the higher price point for a Chromebook, I am VERY dissatisfied that this new Samsung model (which was released the week of my purchase) was faulty after such little use. I am VERY dissatisfied that only after a month of purchase, Best Buy could not offer a replacement or rental option for this computer. I await the return of my Chromebook from Best Buy's tech center and remain very dissatisfied by my customer service experience at Best Buy and by this product.

This is the first chromebook I bought and I wanted something with a few more features. This chromebook met all my needs.

Bought one for my daughter. Like it very much and bought another for myself to replace an Android tablet. Highly recommended.

I like the concept of this device and I am hopeful that there will be some improvements along the lines of how to navigate through the various programs. For example, the Microsoft Laptops has it were to close a program all one would need to do is swipe down from the top of the screen and the program would close. I think this Chromebook Plus would become even more convenient to us if it had this feature as well.
