This laptop offers a great screen, processor, and amazing battery life. The performance is snappy with little to no slowdowns. The screen is absolutely beautiful, with amazing colors, resolution, and viewing angles. It gets very bright, which makes outdoor viewing very easy, I personally love the keyboard and touchpad. The keyboard has good travel, and the gestures and tracking on the touchpad are flawless. The touchscreen works well; I only noticed a few errors when using it. Having a 2-in-1 makes drawing, watching videos using the display mode, and playing android games easy. I personally do not use the stylus very often, but it is very accurate. The speakers are the worst part of the computer, as they lack bass, but get loud without distortion. Some people do not like the selection of ports, but I think that it is completely fine. Just attaching a dongle to the computer can greatly expand the I/O selection. Another con is the limited amount of storage space on the machine. However, they have included a microSD card slot for expansion, so it can be easily fixed. Chrome OS is everything I could've asked for. I found that I can do mostly everything I can do on a Windows laptop through Android apps or Chrome apps. The front facing webcam is adequate, but usually grainy. The aluminum feels very premium and the buttons on the side are clicky and feel expensive. Battery life is also great; I'm getting more than 10 hours of battery life with medium use (watching Netflix, messaging with Hangouts, and document editing. Overall, this laptop is a great purchase for students or anyone else who wants a quality Chromebook.

Love the look and feel.... but after a month started to lose features.. Touch screen stop working and processing in the chromebook was slow. They need to work out the bugs before releasing product.

This didn't meet my needs since it required extras to work for me. If I wanted to pay extra for specialty cables I would have purchased an apple. I was never able to get the drag, copy and paste to work. Left click and right click, hold and drag were no good.... I did not want to spend extra on a blue tooth mouse and such to make this work. Now the picture quality was great but I needed to do more than watch videos. Just would not work for me without added extras.I needed something that used standard cables and such.

We have had nothing but problems with this and we have now had 3 of them. Screen jumping around and touch screen not working.

All works well and the recipient was elated to receive. Except the screen flickers and stutters from time to time. Not sure what that's all about.

Samsung did a decent job with this one. I processor is really holding it back. Overall, pretty good package.

I like the fact you can use it as a tablet or lap top. But. Often times it will not turn on . I have it fully charged, but it doesn't turn on

not very happy with the Chrome Book. At times to difficult to share pictures. Been in the store a few times and cannot get the proper help.

Got it because of the Google store integration but it came up lacking. I was not able to download or play some of the apps I wanted.

to troublesome,not compatible with smart TV. Roku- office etc. I have not found an app that works. or android. returning it
