Got this for a vacation home with no satellite or cable available. Tried out this weekend worked fine got low priced player very pleased easy to work

love this dvd player! the upconversion works great, easy operation, slim design, would buy again in a second! am recommending to my friends.

for a not so pricey unit,it does the job.i could have went with a better unit but it gets the done for no more than i use it.only problem it will not cut off with the remote when it is finished.

I love how small and compact this player is. The main feature I love is the memory of where it left off after powering back on from off.

I don't know why I waited so long to buy a new DVD player. This one is very reasonably priced and when I put a movie in it starts up right away. With my old player I had to switch things on the tv. I really love this new one.

Very happy with my purchase. Just needed a DVD player that could play CD's as well and was easy to operate. Samsung provided what I needed at a very reasonable price.

I usually have help setting up electronic equipment , but no help was available and I was forced to set up on my own. I bought this to replace an existing DVD player. I had this set up and was playing a movie on it in under 10 minutes. The only annoying thing I have noticed is that the unit makes a whirring noise when running. Not so bad that it interferes with the sound, but loud enough to hear when there is a lull in the dialog .

Wanted a new DVD player for my mom, something simple, didn't need blue ray, and didn't want to spend a lot of $. This fit the bill.

Nothing special or fancy here. Just a straight up simple DVD player I used to play CD's. It works just fine, music seems clear and crisp as it should. Pay attention to the input/output connection options. In this case I needed RCA options which this had. For the $35 I paid, and what it does, gets 5 stars. Only had this for a month so I have no opinion on its durability etc. So far so good! :)

This product was easy to set up, and is easy to use. It has been working with no problems so far. I am pleased with the price and the business end of the deal.

The DVD player was smaller than I thought it would be, and it worked like a normal DVD player. You have to really point the remote right at the DVD player though.

Having bought many Samsung products over the years I have come to expect a certain level of quality from their products and this DVD player doesn't disappoint. This is a quality product for a great price.

With in minutes I hooked it up myself! No problems, no hassles, very pleased with our purchase. I would recommend this for anyone looking for an easy, inexpensive and hassle free operation! Looks good too!

I got this DVD player to replace an old one for the family room it is sleek and works really well wish i had read up on needing a cable to connect to my Smart Tv

This was easy to connect to both my TV and my stereo receiver, and works well as a DVD or CD player. My only complaint is that there is no display on the player to let me know which CD track is currently playing. I can get around this by turning on my TV and having the TV display the track number, but it would be more convenient if the player itself had a simple display screen.

Excellent for the price. Box didn't say if a cable was included nor if remote had batteries included. (Yes to both)

This DVD player is simple to use, and set up. Would recommend for anyone who needs a player but doesn't have the patience for a ton of wires or set up programming!

Does what it's supposed to do, but sometimes I have to unplug and reconnect because it reads reset. I don't why this is happening. No other complaints... It works

I bought 2 of these in November 2012, one for our master bedroom & one for our sons room. They both work great for this type of room. Didn't really need blue ray for the bedrooms, so we were quite happy with the picture quality and simplicity as well as the affordable price.

This is a nice DVD. The conversion is very good for non blue ray DVD's. It is slender, compact and fits nicely on my stand. I am very pleased with the purchase.
