I like everything about it for casual/sport wear, except for the price. The quick release for changing the bands is really easy -- about the same as the Apple Watch bands, but maybe a bit easier.

Its not the best , its comes apart while you are working. If the velcro was thicker and it actually felt it grips locks on , secure maybe i would have a different veiw of things
