I bought this at a promotional price (got it down to about $1700). There are numerous apps, but I hear that each unit is limited to two firmware updates. With that said apps come and go, so the functionality may eventually be limited. However, the apps it does have here and now are useful!! Grub hub, instacart, pandora, and the calander sync systems make this the center of attention in the kitchen!

This fridge is a family favorite. Play music bring up recipes check for items and make lists!

This refrigerator is beautiful and the home screen is amazing! Looks so good and has so many functions, notes, you can sink your calendars and leave notes, you dont have to open the fridge to look KJ inside. In fact you can use the screen view to look inside or from your phone If your not home. These are just a few functions. Compatible with iphone. No issues so far

I love that I can put my grocery list on my computer and find it on my phone. The sound quality is good on it, too, for when I am listening to music on it in my kitchen.

I love my new purchase. It provides me with updates and also informs me when some of my food items are expiring. I can send a shopping list from refrigerator to my phone: I can also see the items from my refrigerator while away from home. The ring app on the refrigerator is a big hit as well. I’m overall impressed with this purchase. My husband is in the refrigerator more than I am lately.

We are SO happy with this fridge! It has a very functional interior space, the freezer holds a lot of food and allows us to store our meats, frozen meals, and desserts easily! The touch screen on the front is also very nice to have. We love using it to play music in the kitchen while we cook and display our recipes, as well as to track our groceries and have an ongoing digital grocery list!

I always Dreamt of having TV on a Fridge. Samsung finally made it. back in 1980s we had our Tv on top of our Fridge. Kudos samsung for bringing those memories back.

I've only had it for a short period and no complaints so far. I don't have a Samsung TV so I haven't tried the TV mirroring, but listening to radio works (I tried for the first 2 days and not again). Its interesting to have access to recipes and the digital memo board is a nice touch. Its also more spacious than i thought.

Were love this fridge. My husband and I love to show it off when people come over. My favorite feature is using it topull up recipes. Every time I step in front of it the fridge lights up and I can see the next steps without using my greasy fingers to swipe a screen. Music is great, pictures and whiteboard are fun, and it's handy being able to see what's inside the fridge when I'm out.

This fridge has a lot of features. Many of them revolve around ease of purchasing, like food shopping. Or finding things on tasty or Pinterest. I don’t have a compatible tv to watch on my fridge. But I think I would opt not to have that available. Music is good too. Remember to take all the plastic protection off before you think you scratched it like I did lol

The family hub refrigerators are truly awsome, honestly i was always the person who said i would never buy a refrigerator like that... but my wife and daughter wanted this refrigerator so bad, so i purchased it and i think that was an awsome choice. Its awsome.

After reading reviews on this product, I had second thoughts on purchasing. So far no issues tho it might be a bit to early to make a fair assessment on this product. My granddaughter mess around with the screen and apps provided with frig. It’s been only 2 weeks in full operation mode.

happy with the purchase :-) This fridge is really smart! I love the family hub feature and how it incorporates communication to all areas of our home. Pros - family hub, fast cool, lots of freezer space. Cons - the door with the ice maker has really small shelves.

Hello, We were looking for appliances package for our new home and came across Best buy 30% off on Samsung appliances. Bundled Refrigerator, Microwave, Gas Stove and dishwasher for a decent price. The Refrigerator is really good with so many awesome features. Happy with our purchase. Thanks, Surya

We purchased our refrigerator on sale almost a month before moving in our new home. We were able to change the delivery date several times due to a uncertain closing date on our new home. The delivery went very smooth and the guys making the delivery were very professional. The refrigerator worked great and the touchscreen is so cool. About 10 days in, the freezer started acting up and was not keeping things cold. On the 14th day, we went to Best Buy to tell them our issue. Without hesitation, they set up a pick up and delivery of a new refrigerator. We have had the new refrigerator for about a week now and all is working great. We are very happy with the purchase and the great customer service that the Best Buy employees provided. Fingers crossed that our new refrigerator works better than the last one. Other than the freezer issue, a fun refrigerator to add to any household.

Purchased this fridge as a gift for the wife for Christmas. It is the lower end of the Family Hub-equipped refrigerators, but has most of the features of any mid-priced French door model. Very well illuminated inside, the in-door water dispenser fills all our water bottles very quickly, and despite the issues that some have said about the lack of ice it produces - we have two very involved athletes in our family who take water/ice to every practice, and no issues whatsoever. Beware, though - as nice as the black stainless looks, it scratches VERY easily. Forget putting magnets (which do actually work on all surfaces of the unit) on the doors unless they're the uber weak ones that are flat and used as advertisements. I'm hoping that Samsung has some sort of material owners can purchase that will fill in scratches.

I will be honest when my wife came to me and said she wanted this $2500 fridge with the family hub built in my first thought was.....Why do we need a built in Ipad when we already have 3 in the house. But what wifey wants wifey gets so we got it. I have to say what I thought was going to be a little over the top turned out to be a pretty cool fridge.
