Upon installation, oven turned on for a minute or so before giving error code C-A2 (cooling fan error) . We exchanged for a new unit at added cost. Upon installation of the new unit, oven does not turn on and gives error code C-F0 (Main control board communication error). With limited options, we will likely setup yet another exchange, though possibly for a different unit. Very disappointed. Though I imagine I may have the list of Samsung error codes memorized by the time we get one that works.

Also, need to get more comfortable with convection baking. Best Buy delivered exactly as planned which was so nice. Usually, I end up waiting. The young man that installed the oven was punctual, polite & knowledgeable about the oven. I did ask lots of questions and he answers them all for me. I love cooking, baking so picked the Samsung.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The only reason this stove doesn't get 5 stars is because the flex feature can only divide the oven equally, meaning if you cook 2 things at once they cant be much taller than the standard 9x13x3 casserole dish. No roasting more than just a turkey on thanksgiving! Other than that I love it.

The stove top is designed for maximum flexibility, which makes it easy to cook a variety of things at the same time. We also got a good price from Best Buy before Thanksgiving. Ed was our sales guy and was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and made our decision much simpler.
