Temperatures need to be closer in range, also if you are using one, the other gets hot too and I was told that would not happen. Bottom oven is much faster. I would go with different oven if I was buying it again.

Posted .Hi Jelena, I can see how disappointed you must feel with that situation, and I'd like to clarify that for you. Your oven has different temperature settings ranges when using the upper oven and lower oven simultaneously. You can see the "Temperature setting guides" on page 25 for
details. Also when using a single oven the temperature on the other one may increase, however, it should not affect the performance of the current cooking cycle.

Works great so far preheats very fast. It takes getting used to the duel oven features but am looking forward to it during the holidays.

Oven heating problems

However, the oven does not cook evenly and it feels like things take longer to cook then in my old oven. This was disappointing as we love samsung phones and other electronics and wanted everything to match. Still works well but for the price i thought it would be so much better.

My kitchen aid was so much better with separate doors for each oven. This one has one door. It has the ability to separate that door to open top only but if you are cooking in both you have to open the full door which releases heat from the top. Sure wish I had thought about this before I bought it.

Awsome dual zone
