AFTER 1 + YEAR THE LED DIGITAL CLOCK WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, THEIR WAS A BROKEN LED. AFTER I CALLED UP SAMSUNG SUPPORT, THEY GIVE ME AN EXTENDED WARRANTY TO COVER THE DEFECT. A TECH COMES AN REPLACE THE PARTS, MORE OR LESS THAT WAS APRIL 2019. 5 MONTHS LATER THIS OCTOBER 1ST WEEK OF 2019, IT BROKES UP AGAIN, SAME ISSUE OF A BROKEN LED. I CALLED UP THE SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE SUPERVISOR NAME CORNALIA TOLD ME THAT I'M OUT OF WARRANTY FOR 90 DAYS AFTER THE REPAIR. I EXPLAINED MY SIDE THAT IT WAS OUT OF MY CONTROL, I TOLD HER THAT I'M 100% THEIR WAS NO ABUSE ON THE CLOCK. IF EVER YOU CAN JUSTIFY OF AN ABUSE, I WILL PAY THE REPAIR. SHE GIVES ME A TICKET #415-139-2199. WHEN THE TECH CALLS ME, THE GUY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL CHARGE $100+. I SAID NO . IN MY OPINION, WHY NOT SAMSUNG COSTUMER SUPPORT MAKE A CASE STUDY OF THE ISSUE TO LOOK THE REAL PROBLEM AND MAKE A SOLUTION OF WHY THEIR LED DIGITAL CLOCK WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY. RATHER THAT PUTTING THE LOST OF TRUST FROM THEIR CUSTOMER. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. GET A NAME THAT WILL BACK THEIR PRODUCTS DURABILITY.

It hasn't worked out so well. The top oven is heated by the broiler, things tend to get burned (like my meringue which caught fire!), so that ends up not being so useful. We mostly use the bottom oven, Which does heat up pretty quickly (5 mins to get to 400F). A pretty bad problem is that the control panel gets affected by heat and if you have pans on the back burners the buttons will "push themselves" because of the steam from your cooking. It's worse if the oven is on too. That's super annoying if a timer resets itself. For the price, Samsung needs to do better.

I see you are having issues with temperature control in your Samsung Flex Duo Range. If you are using the oven with your Flex Duo divider , make sure that you are using both the upper and lower oven. If you are wanting to use the oven as a singular oven, then you will need to remove the Flex Duo divider. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad

The Geek Squad guys says we needed to contact the manufacturer, even though it was under warranty at the time.
