Gas range is easy to clean and maintain. The Dual oven and potential for one large oven was the big selling point for me, and works great. My only issue is the tiny door on top. Its hard to pull something out without getting too close to the door when it is open. fortunately you can just open the whole door which makes things easier.

We've been married 45yrs and this is about our 4th range. It is fantastic. The wife loves the dual oven both with convection cooking. The two large burners and the center grilling capabilities will meet all our needs during the Holidays, when big time cooking takes place. Looking forward to many more years of marriage...and great cooking!

We've had this oven for about a month now and we love it! Heats up quickly and is easy to clean. The two zone heating is useful. We went from an electric stove to this and we've seen about a $10-20 decrease in our energy bill. The only con to this is having to adjust how long we need to cook something because it does so well.

This was the last appliance we needed to finish our Samsung kitchen and my second favorite behind the family hub fridge. That being said here is my honest review... The burners are amazing, they all function as advertised and the wok holder is awesome as well as the center griddle plate. The flames adjust quickly and are very impressive in their own right. The stove top is a tad hard to keep clean but anything that gets grease and cooking liquids on it will be a little hard to keep clean. The oven is amazing as well. The top was hard to get used to as the burner is right above the food but we adjusted quickly (by the third use we had it down) and were making all of our oven favorites without any issue at all. To anyone saying the stove top flickers it's probably your btu setup which isn't the ovens fault.

This is a great stove - easy to clean - Love the versatility of the ovens - Able to make it one large is fabulous. My only bummer is the positioning of the burners. The main one I would use is too high for basic cooking - It would be really nice to be able to choose which one goes where.

The day we purchased this oven, we were only looking to replace a broken dishwasher. When we saw the display with the shiny Black Stainless Steel, we knew we had to have the "matching set". First, the Black Stainless Steel has an absolutely amazing looking finish. It is easy to clean and doesnt get streaky like the old one did. Second, regarding the double oven/single oven feature, I was initially quite skeptical about having it actually cook at 2 different temperatures. After cooking our Thanksgiving turkey in the bottom oven and using the top to cook various pies and side dishes, I became a believer. I dont know how Samsung did it, but this oven was able to maintain 2 distinct and accurate temperatures through out the day and the convection feature cooked an amazingly juicy bird. The "jet engine" burner (as I like to call it) boils water in what seems a matter of seconds, the simmer burner gets just warm enough to maintain a nice simmer and the center griddle is perfect for bacon and pancakes. I have toyed with the app that can be used to control the oven, but prefer to actually use the manual controls. Overall, this is one fantastic appliance and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to a stranger or a friend. If you are in the market for a new oven, this one will definitely meet and exceed your expectations!

The oven added a new modern look to our kitchen. The temperature is much hotter than our old electric oven. We overcooked our prime rib because we did not get familiar with it yet. Bottom line we love this oven. It cooks fast and food taste good too.

Love the look of the black stainless. Tried the upper stove on pizza and weekday meals and dessert in the lower. Love the versatility of this range. It does it all. Can't wait to get well-versed in convection cooking so I can see it's true potential. Delivery crew was great as was our sales associate.

I love the way this stove looks in my kitchen. It matches all the appliances I have. I love using it as well. Easy to keep clean and the double oven is so nice. Have only had the stove about 3 weeks, but I use the top oven for baking more now than with my old stove.

I've only purchased Samsung appliances for my kitchen and even though my last range quit working after 2 years I decided to give them another try. I am so glad I did because I ABSOLUTELY love this range. Dinners are a breeze with the separate ovens.

I enjoy this stove. The burners on top are super quick and boil water or any food super fast. I had an old stove so I have to get used to the quick cooking of a current stove ha! lower your temperature a bit if you are transitioning from an old stove. I like the double oven idea-but I am so disappointed that the top oven is convection only. Nobody told me that when it was sold to me and it is a huge problem. I end up cooking everything in the lower stove. so what's the point of the little stove-i thought it would be handy when there are just two of us home. It is easy to clean and I do enjoy the drawer on the bottom. That is a big bonus because that way the lower oven drawer is up off the ground which I heard is a problem in double ovens without the drawer.

3 weeks in to owning this Oven it is operating great. Cooks very even and fast, make sure that you read about the difference of cooking times with convection oven vs traditional cooking. The smart device feature is nice but lacks the ability to start the oven remotely, it still requires a person to be in front of the oven. The feature to check to see if you left the stove on is nice. The double oven feature is great with the ability to remove the divider and cook a big meal. That is the big feature that sets this apart from other ovens.

Easy setup. Easy start up. And easy use. Have enjoyed it very much. Tried the smart technology but was not successful on the first attempt, we will try again later. All the features otherwise are simple enough. Every use has turned out amazing love natural gas

We had a standard oven and a counter top toaster oven because we didn’t want to heat up the whole oven for just the two of us. We got rid of the toaster oven This oven is fantastic, we use the small top all the time, it bakes cakes perfectly!

Love it, love it. We have some issues with the top burns, the metal grill plates, one of them, a key on, came warped from Samsung, and its been 2 weeks, we are still waiting on the replacement. This is 1 of 4 items from Samsung we have had issues with, but with honorable returns and replacement parts, we have always been taken care of. I love Samsung, and as they continue to create new lines with fine finishes, great options and display panels, along with quality service, we will remain loyal customers.

I purchased this dual-door oven thinking I could heat small items in the top portion, similar to a toaster over, not having to heat the entire oven. My first attempt at using just the top portion was disappointing. The oven did not heat as expected, failing to reach the entered degree. I contacted Samsung about the issue and they were extremely helpful, sending out a repairman within 2 days. The repairman indicated the top oven works most efficiently when it is used in conjunction with the bottom oven, baking multiple items at differing degrees. I was told to use the full oven for best heating performance. I have no complaints whatsoever with the main/bottom oven as it performs as advertised.

5 versitile burners make cooking great.The center grill is perfect for beacon now that BTL sandwitche season is here! The 2 door oven is perfect for my husband & I when we make small dinners.Both stove top & oven are Easy to use EASY to keep clean.

Mostly I use the top oven, but I like that is can be used as a full oven as well. There is a learning curve but that is easy to overcome. The more I use it, the more I like it.

Accept for the stove being damaged when delivered (large chip on top front) still waiting for new one to be delivered. Super happy with stove performance, love the double oven and the 16000 btu burner is amazing!!!

In my previous home I had the electric version of the flex duo. I liked it a lot. My current home had an old gas range so I was quite pleased to see that samsung had a natural gas version too. I probably use the smaller upper oven about 90-95% of the time. I love being able to use either of the 2 ovens separately or remove the divider to make 1 large oven. About the only time I use this feature is during the holidays when making turkey or large items. But there are only 2 of us. Its nice that you can make 2 different types of foods and different temperatures at the same time. It also has a storage drawer at the bottom, something double ovens don't always have.
