I just love my Samsung Flex Duo Gas Convection Range, it allows me to bake at different temperatures at the same time! Fantastic!!!

i would not give this a good review sounds like a great idea, but then you use it, when using the top oven all the food burns on the top, bottom oven burns on the bottom,, so have to just use the one big oven,, if thats how i have to use it i should have just bought a normal oven and could have saved half the price,, guess we live and learn

I was so excited for this purchase. I could finally cook a few different dishes on 2 different temps. I’ve been wanting this for years. However, one oven burns the top of the meals. The other burns the bottom. The only way this cooks decently is if you take the separater out and cook on one temp. Total waste of money!

I love this stove being able to use just one part of the stove. Warms food quickly and the burners work great. Love the style.

I was excited to have this Samsung in my kitchen. But I was dissapointed because it cannot withstand high heat. I need to look into it and everytime I will use the oven because it might damage the control panel. Not buying Samsung again.

I have had this for 2 years and need to replace it already. It is extremely slow to heat up. Convection doesn't work some times. Door doesn't always open, digital clock went out all within the first year. Now, the oven will not work, no flame... This oven was a huge waste of money.

One of the worst appliances I have ever invested in. The dual oven capability doesn't heat evenly and has been miserable to cook with. We even had the ignitors and temp gages replaced/inspected. Would not recommend.

Good design & price. Hard to connect with bluetooth though.

Never got to use keep getting error code C-A2 when cutting on oven called Samsung had to get a repair tech out on a 2000 stove to repair fan not working keep over heating don’t buy

total junk...did not make it a year before they had to replace all kinds of things...now at year 2 neither oven keeps the proper temperature. convection function burns everything.

DO NOT BUY...1 1/2 old and the oven stop working. Getting C-F0 Main control board communication error, really!!!!

I bought this unit as an open box and inspection was done by a sales associate and myself. It came with new damage so I returned it.

First of all, if you do get this I highly recommend getting the Geek Squad protection. We had an issue and BB was awesome in resolving because of this; we also got a matching Samsung product without GS Protection - going on two weeks and still no resolution with Samsung. Our unit had a defect - thank god - and we were able to return it no charge. The good: This looks nice in the kitchen at first, and we liked the flex duo oven for the most part. The Bad: Whenever we cooked anything in the oven, the range top to include anything else sitting on top would get too hot to the touch. It's like there was no insulation between the oven and the range top!. The controls on the back are tough to see - I have to turn on our MW's light to see them. Setting options (like the clock) was a pain - too many taps needed and you have to either use the manual or remember which of the nine options govern the setting you are interested in (I think option 9 was the clock for example). The range top (with Black SS) get's extremely dirty very quickly and is hard to keep clean. There is no way to simply keep things warm or simmer - setting burner on its lowest setting still results in burnt spaghetti sauce (see also hot top from earlier comment - cannot simply move non-active burner if you are cooking in the oven at the same time). No light or anything to let you know if range top is still hot. On one occasion, the wife accidentally started the range when she leaned over to tap the oven controls! Overall unsafe design. Highly recommend reading the manual from front to cover - racks inside the oven have to go on specific racks to ensure you cook specific foods properly - way too complicated IMO. Bottom line - looks good and has a ton of neat features on paper, but does not deliver. If you ignore the reviews and just have to get this - get the Geek Squad Protection.

This stove cooks great though we had to replace the first one delivered; the temperature sensor for the oven section did not work. The burners are difficult to light which is the main reason for the four stars. They light with the igniter, but we usually have to blow on them or try multiple times for them to start. We have also recently had a problem with the LED display on the top of the stove. The led panel fails to show parts of letters and numbers on display. The convection feature of the stove works well, but this is our first convection oven, so we don't have a lot of prior stove use to compare against. I would buy another Samsung stove if we had to replace this one.

Our old stove broke and was looking for a replacement. We have looked at multiple models and this was the one that we liked. I like that you can bake 2 dishes separately or have the option to bake use the entire oven to bake bigger dishes. Also, I like the fact that it had 5 burners and different sizes. My mom likes to cook for potlucks so this really helps her a lot.

I love the duel ovens great for big meals where you need multiple temperatures. They heat up in minutes to over 400°. The cooking are on the stove top are good as well. Only complaint it the knobs for the stove top do not have to be pushed in to turn them on. It is very easy to accidentally turn the burners on or at least turn enough to have gas come out. Had a small fire once when we had grocery bags on top of stove while emptying the bags and bumped a knob.

Convection oven is wonderful. Crisps and browns food to perfection. Love the dual ranges for separate cooking temps or pull out drawer for entire oven cooking. Looks beautiful in my kitchen and griddle is an added bonus.
