This is a very expensive chromebook. I was disappointed it did not come in a 15 inch. I ended up returning the chromebook but it is one of the best chromebooks on the market. I did not use it enough to warrant the price.

Good laptop works well, just wish I new it didnt run windows, I had tried to download a program that requires windows so now i can't download on this new laptop and this is a major program i needed to download. But other then that, seems good so far. I would have given 5 stars but since im not able to download this program on my laptop I just gave 4. Sorry but this was ine of the main reason i got such a higher quality laptop, and in the end paid almost 1,000.00 for this laptop. Just wished i would have known that prior to purchase cause i wouldn't habe bought it, and now its too late to exchange for a windows computer. Kinda bummed over it. Cause i need windows version. But like i said good laptop.!

Amazing 4k Chromebook w/ some MAJOR shortcomings

Pros: -Super Lightweight -4k Screen -CPU & specs -Beautifl Design Cons: -Screen, For whatever reason I can see a Grid/dot pattern on the entire screen when your using it like your ready an old school paper on how they print the ink. That is what this screen looks like up close & reason I returned it. -Terrible Battery life. Literally Half of what ever chromebook has. -Cooling. There is no fans and this bad boy gets HOT. -Screen Wobble due to weak hinge -Only 2 USB ports If you want chromebook with 4k screen for netflix or Google Stadia 4k this is it, just realize what your getting & it has flaws

    Incredible Chromebook When On Sale

I purchased this Chromebook during a Best Buy promotion at 50% off. It's well made, good performance and incredible screen resolution. The 4K screen impacts battery life but the display is worth it. It's difficult to justify the purchase at full price and Samsung would sell out if they adjusted their pricing.

    1. Very compact and light. 2. Nice thin bezel display 3. white key labels are impossible to see 4. Flat top keys have no touch-based finger tip centering like normal slightly cupped key tops. This turns out to matter qute a bit. 5. The combination of invisible key labels and flat top keys make the keyboard useless.

By far the best laptop I have ever owned

It's a Chromebook. If you are in the market for that, it will not get any better. First, I cannot say enough about the chassis and backlit keyboard; it's basically impossible to describe how elegant, crisp, and lightweight it is. I have never seen color and clarity like this; nothing has ever come close; (QLED?) one gazillion colors like their finer TV's, I guess. Folks say the downsides are the chin on the screen, the loudness of the speakers, and the battery life. Not for me; I am getting 6 hours of business-use worth of life, which is plenty for me, not the reported 3-4. The chin is a non-issue; don't even notice it. The speakers are excellent if you really listen to them and how they are designed. I don't get the camera yet; the one facing the user needs some more strength as it is weak in low light, while the one facing the rear is pointed up for the tent mode; I am not sure if that is cool yet or not. It can run a bit hot if you cover the vents completely at the bottom; I try to leave my left knee to the outside of that vent. In short, it is a dream machine. I have had Macbook Pro's and every Surface and Yoga imaginable. Nothing touches this experience.

A great product limited by a horrible battery

Let's begin with the good news. The specs and the material on this chromebook are top notch. The color is really appealing; the pen is included; the screen amazing. The keyboard is great. On these specs alone, it clobbers the pixelbook go. However, the area where it really needs help is the battery. This is not a "use it for the day" system. If you plan to use it for the day out, take the power unit with you. This is a pity because if the battery life were to be 8 hours +, this would be the benchmark in chromebooks. As it is, it is an example of close but not close enough.

Screen is almost perfect from its 4K OLED. Also, I5, 8GB, 256GB SSD are far exceed for a Chromebook user. But, due to high resolution and brightness, it has poor battery time (about 3-4 hours).

Bought this as a side computer to use along with my physical pc for college. Great for taking notes and doing work when I'm not in my room. I love the weight, feel of the keys, the display, the fact that it comes with an S pen, and just the build of it. It's great. Also I've heard a lot about the battery life but I haven't really experienced any problems. I don't use it for hours on end daily, so it's just fine for me.

Love everything about it minus the battery life. While the battery life is manageable for me since I'm almost always able to get an outlet, I could see the problems it could cause. Build quality is great although the hinges could be a bit tighter. Screen is extremely bright and colors look great. Trackpad and keyboard are def highlights also. I'm not a big pen user but enjoy the fact that it's there if I want it.

This is my go-to Chromebook for occasional use. Everything about it is great...it's thin, light, portable. The screen gets plenty bright and colors are amazing with true blacks. The performance is excellent. The Achillies heel though is the battery life...5 hours at best. Not a factor if you spend all day near an outlet or only use it for a couple hours at a time.

Samsung hit it out of the park with the beauty of this machine. The screen is second to none, bright, colorful and all around perfect. The sound is... wow!! It blows away my wife's Lenovo! But!! I've had two, and am about to get a 3rd (not another Samsung). Reason: The screen cracked on two of these! The padding between the keys and screen when closed is in essence non-existent. Also, while it's great having no bezels, thats also an issue, there are no bezels. So, point being, the screen is incredibly fragile. If you must have this Chromebook, then be sure to get geek squad protection! It's an absolute must!
