So wanted it to be great. Battery life really hurts it. Surprised they haven't fixed it with an update.

A very efficient device, but for the battery power.

Wasn't too crazy about the color at first, but i do like it now. This laptop does everything that i need it to, and its faster than my other one. I would recommend it.

Beautiful, lite didn't last a week before it crashed! Excellent screen, which is also a touch screen. I really wanted this product! For me, all I need is Chrome OS! Being able to surf the net for knowledge, have some face time via multiple options as well as make use of Prime day..... I bought this unit as an open box, Geek Squad Certified!

I use it for school and works great. I have been using it for a while and i have not problem with it.

My son loves his new chrome book. It is small in size and very easy for him to carry around.

I bought this to use for online college courses. I had issues with the screen, which was annoying at best. The worst of the issues was with Chrome OS. When I would open the device to use it, I would get an error message the Chrome OS was missing or damaged. This happened almost event time I used it, requiring me to reset the device. Maybe I just got a bad device. Regardless, this had been returned and a different brand has been purchased.

I loved my Google pixelbook but this is the best Chromebook I've ever owned. Top specs, 4k OLED display was what pixelbook 2 should have been. I use it for enterprise apps and VDI so full OS is not needed. Works great with VMWare Horizon. I can't wait till I can run a VM locally on this Chromebook.

the only complaint I have is the battery life. Other than that, this is the best chromebook money can buy

Only thing I can complain about is battery life.I wish I could get more time out of 1 charge.

Amazing Samsung Chromebook. This is the 4th generation Samsung Chromebook I have purchased, and by far the best!

Loving this computer! I’ve used Chromebooks since I was in school and they’ve always done what I’ve needed them to do. Went with this version this time around mainly to test myself but also looking for a 2 in 1 to scratch my tablet itch. This definitely does! I also love the red.

So far so good. There's subtle changes I'd make. The only major one would be better battery life.

I knew what I was getting with a Chromebook so the OS hasn't affected my review. Pros: -looks great. I don't know if I'd say professional because of the bright red. But it's sleek, slim, light, and metal everywhere. -the display looks incredible when it works properly (see cons) -very fast -large internal storage which, to me, IS important in a Chromebook. Cons: -battery life is atrocious. Even with screen dimmed, it's awful. Talking 4 hours maybe. -gorgeous screen flickers when playing any video at full screen. Even more evident with 4k videos. Changed to beta and it's better, but still not perfect. There seems to be a color shift also.

Best, lightest, fastest computer i ever owned. Thats the one you should buy if yoh want a simple easy way of computing. Will purchase another one for my son's school work when funds are available and the price may decrease. Thank yoy Samsung for another great product.

I wanted a red and thin laptop/notebook that was fast - and found it with this Samsung Chromebook. I read an impressive review on this Chromebook, so decided to check it out. Though I wasn't looking for a Chromebook, this Samsung had what I wanted. I love it!

display, features, lights on keyboard, etc and everything is just… wow!! My dad saw mine and had me order one for him because he liked it so much!!

This loptop has a huge screen and color is amazing. Battery lasts about 6 hours, but charges fast. The mouse is very soft to touch. Easy to use and turns into a tablet with a pen. Camera is great. No USB for flash drive.

It's an OK notebook but I struggle with the sensitive nature of the touch screen. The screen extents to the bezels on all sides which sounds like a good thing but in reality if I touch the edges then that causes the software to do whatever. I mean, my Pixelbook which also has a hi-res screen has a .75 inch "safety margin" between bezel and screen.
