the Samsung GalaxyChromebook itself is a great 2 in 1 convertible laptop I absolutely love the item however this particular item was an open box and absolutely terrible. it had much more damage to the outside then what was described it was laggy froze up and the print reader barley worked. whoever had this laptop last ran it through the ground before returning it and Best Buy just sent it off to the next person.I was actually pretty unhappy about that and I was extremely dissatisfied by the fact that I've never been in Best Buy before I was super excited I expected cheery happy people to come help me and help me decide what I want good customer servicethat someone like me needs I'm very indecisive and I have no idea what I'm looking forI pretty much looked at everything by myself because everybody was standing around I asked a few questions but nobody really tried to help me they just answered as

Works great. Really good on arts and when u just want to relaxe and watch netflix outside to get some fresh air

The design is excellent. Is every bit as sleek as my mac air and runs chrome. Big thumbs up, Samsung knocked this one out of the park.

The pc chromebook is very easy to use its not limited to anything you can do your school and office work its very light easy to carry around i take it in my pocket book. Good battery life. I would definitely recommend.

i have only had it a few hours ,but i love it so easy to use. You can see the lighted keyboard good,the screen is simply beauitful.

My Chromebook what's great I fell in love with it it had so many great function with absolutely great quality only it wasn't what I was looking for I needed a laptop I ordered the wrong thing but I am more than sure that later on I will come back and get it again thank you have a great day Merry Christmas and Happy New year.

It's an amazing laptop just wish it didnt get to hot. But other than that it's amazing and works great!

I picked it up at a great price ( $340 openbox.) Amazing deal for a touchscreen ChromeOS device with i5 processor that can run Android and Linux with a stylus.

Everything about this laptop is amazing. It’s fast, it’s small, reliable, and it just looks so good.

Havent had much time with it yet, but overall great! The one problem I'm facing is running apps on the device and I'm not sure if its samsung or the OS from google. Some of them like Facebook messenger, facebook, and google drive apps not working and or crashing. So I deleted the apps and just using those off the google chrome browser.

Great Chromebook, very reliable love the touch screen and that I can fold it. It also comes with a a pen.

I was very exited to get this. It lasted in my house for about 24hrs Before I returned it. The hinge was not well made. The screen felt flimsy. The keyboard is very hard to type on, keys are too shallow. The pen is a cool feature as it has its own place internally but ultimately not worth it for me. Yes it looks nice but not worth the price. I took my older chrome book out and am still using it. Save your money and look at a different model. They took a good shot but missed the target.

It would of been PERFECT with a slightly better quality of camera but cant complain because it gave me everything I looked for in a chromebook. Its light and I Loved the design and quality of the product.

I bought this item for my wife.she loves it ,lightweight, fast,great battery life,I think I might return and purchase one more fore my daughter. Thanks for have a great product and easy service .

Overall, this product is a great value for the price! I needed a computer quickly to finish my college semester, and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. This device got the job done. The flip screen and stylus are incredibly helpful for taking notes online — a real game changer!

Not sure what the newer Galaxy Chromebook 2 I is about. I specifically choose this one due to its all s around higher specs. Not if Android and Chrome OS behind more compatible so I can use Samsung internet browser, not just extensions. I'll be good to go. But enjoying my Chromebook tremendously

very nice computer the design is gorgeously amazing. the details and the red color is cool. 4k for viewing is a plus.

This was a great little laptop/tablet. Loved everything about it except the battery life. It is a 4k display and it was awesome but it takes its toll on the battery.

Light and shiek..able to bring anywhere and utilize for work and play. Grat pacifer for my grandchild
