Superb screen and trackpad. Battery life should be better on a device this costly. Keyboard can be hard to see at times due to the color of white light on light silver. Very fast and boots up in seconds. The stylus is nice if you like using things like this.

I bought it online and thought a Chromebook would be enough for my daily tasks, but because a few people in my household use it the functionality for multiple users was lacking.

Mouse pad doesnt work, poor performance, terrible battery management. The serivce department wont honor the warranty or help fix any issues. I lost over 900 dollars on this product

The 360 rotation also makes using the pen and any sketching application a breeze. It may take a little time to get used to if it is your first Chromebook, but I highly recommend it and be sure to capitalise on every feature and setting that could possibly be personalised. Also, this is not a gaming laptop and should not be purchased if that is your intent, the SSD and intel core processor makes it run basic programs and streaming services fluidly, but it is not a gaming laptop.

Most people working on any laptop for more than a few hours, will be near an outlet so yes having a battery that last 8 hours plus is preferred but I don't need to be doing work on my laptop that long. Are you Sasquatch working in the forest with no outlets?? SMH Speakers are not the best but who cares! Yes in 2020 Macbook Pro and Pixelbook Go have amazing speakers. But OH well. I don't NEED these kind of speakers on a LAPTOP. Am I a DJ playing music for crowds?? It's a laptop! I lOVE this thing. BEST laptop I've owned Chrome OS or otherwise.

It is beautiful, the screen resolution is amazing, it's light-weight, and I love the keyboard. I use Chrome 99% of the time, even on my Apple devices so this purchase was a no-brainer. If I have to give it a critique, the pen is so light that it's a little hard to use.

I really wanted to like it, but it runs REALLY hot. Pretty uncomfortable. Not the laptops fault, but I can’t get into chrome as an os.
