Great laptop

It hast slowed down or been lafgy no matter how much windows i have open. The only co.olaint i have is the battery life. Maybe 4 hrs with continuous usage. If you have the charger nearby then its no cons at all.

Seems like all high end chromebooks have this but i'd expect more with a 4k screen.

Touch screen half the time doesn't recognize touching - close screen is at edge of screen you Touch it when swapping 2 tablet mode screen gone. Should have a better processor for the price . Love the Chromebook! Wont shop Best Buy anymore

First thing I noticed when I opened it was the camera on the keyboard was lifted up and the chromebook itself wouldn't hold a charge. Even if I wasn't using it. I feel like I was just sent a faulty one. They should have looked it over more thoroughly. When I called they told me I could use the warranty I purchased to fix it. No, I expect the product I ordered to work when it shows up. No one was helpful. I returned it purchased a brand new one directly through Samsung and have loved it.
