Great product! Easy to use. Beautiful display. Speakers sound good.

It is a great ChromeBook 2-in-1. Gorgeous Screen, Great Specs and wonderful build quality. The only problem is the mediocre battery life and some limitation of ChromeOS to play media files and horrible palm detection for pen usage.

This is a top of the line Chromebook and aesthetically one of the nicest Chromebook I have seen—-but it is very thin and it appears that just by closing it too harshly it would break or damage the device. It also doesn’t fold all the way when it’s on tablet mode which is kind of annoying. The worst part is the battery life; it is outrageously low. Samsung says battery life last about eight hours, but I would say it last 4-5 tops of video regular use. For me battery life is a nonnegotiable and I think the modern quality and feel of Chromebook do not compensate for poor battery life. This is a 1k device and for that price it should have a better battery. Also it has no fans so it the Chromebook gets super hot! On a more positive note, this Chromebook comes with a Samsung pen though, so that’s a plus and it’s one of the few chrome books with4K resolution— but that’s about it.

Great product had it for two years already and still works great

I upgraded to this from the Galaxy Chromebook Pro. The picture quality and use of the device is great, but there are two major issues 1.) the battery life when fully charged shows a 5 hour and 37 min usage compared to the pro which was 8 hours and 32. Yes this can fluctuate based off your usage, display settings and video usage. i mirrored all settings between the two devices 2.) This device, just like the Chromebook Pro does NOT do a good job a fast roaming between access points. If i am on a video chat and i walk around my house or office, i am constantly disconnected temporarily when roaming from access point to access point. This appears to be a Chrome OS issue as i have seen the issue on 2 samsung chromebooks and an hp chromebook. I have never seen this issue on my phone or a windows based pc. It is VERY frustrating. If you are in a home/office with one access point you will not need to worry about the roaming issue and this is a great option for you!

I love my new laptop! I was looking for a premium chromebook and this was exactly that. I had it for a little over a month now. So far, speed and quality of the build is amazing. Reason why I couldn't give this a full five star rating is because I do feel like it could break any moment and I need to buy some kind of protection for it AND because, as you might already know, the charge does run out fast. I do need to bring a charger with me if I use it outside my house, so I can't use it to study on the beach or park or anywhere outdoors. Personally, it hasn't been a big deal, but I know it can be a problem for others.

I cannot describe how amazing the display on this device is. My wife (a loyal iMac, MacBook Pro, iPad Pro user), who is a photographer and graphic designer, did a double take walking by when I was first using this Chromebook. She still can't get over how incredible this display is. The only thing that's needed is now Adobe needs to get on it and make Creative Cloud programs ChromeOS compatible! This will be the best choice for photo and video editing if they do.

The touch screen is such a cool feature. Love the size and feel. Super thin and easy to use. Great purchase.

It is fast and the screen crystal clear - the stylus works like Harry's wand on the display. the down side for all that speed and magic display is battery life - but that shortfall can be easily compensated for.

High expectations for a device this expensive and it delivers. Sizzling performance and amazing display.

This is the third Chromebook I have owned. Of the three, though, this definitely has the worst battery life. A shame, because it also is the most powerful Chromebook I have owned and has the best display of any laptop I've used regardless of OS and manufacturer. It's fine for all of the web-based and Android-based tasks one would normally buy a Chromebook for, but the short battery life (less than 3 hours of heavy use) makes it less than ideal for mobile computing. Definitely bring your charger with you just in case.

Great laptop! Use it for helping my dad run his small construction business and it helps with so much. Process everything fast and is easy to use. Very practical for anything you have in mind.

the screen looks incredible. I'd heard a lot of people worried about the battery but it seems fine to me as long as you don't have it at full brightness.

I needed a new laptop for working from home.This chromebook has made syncing everything a breeze and I have been able to set everything up similar to how I have at work. Battery life has been fine for me but I am just checking emails, working on docs&spreadsheets and perusing the internet. Its snappy and the display colors are gorgeous. Wish the camera for the video conferencing was better. Overall perfect for my needs.

The Samsung Galaxy Chromebook in Fiesta red is absolutely beautiful! The display is stunning! I only wish the back lit keyboard was brighter. There is no way to adjust the brightness of the keyboard. This is the only complaint I have. TBH, I am enjoying this chromebook overall overall!

Very fast and great looking screen. If you like chromebooks, this is an excellent choice. It looks great, but it is expensive. You have to be willing to pay the premium price for the premium build.
