It has a very beautiful screen display and works good for school, but my main issue is battery life it can drain really quick so make sure you have a chargee nearby.

I love this Chromebook, very sleek and eye catching - works great too. I had a small issue with my first one, Chrome OS crashed and I was unable to get it restored. I exchanged it for a new one at Best buy and hopefully the second one will be better. Overall an awesome chromebook. #Samsungeverything.

What can I say. If you can’t resist beauty in text you won’t resist this. Well made. Average to poor battery. Who prefers 4K to a reasonable refresh rate for an item with a pen attached to it. Like I said. It’s thin light and amazing. But with an iPad Pro out there. Tough to justify. Especially without LTE

I bought for school. It is great quality and Slim design for easy travel. Great quality. Works great w all my smart home products and cell phone

The computer is fast, lightweight and resolution is awesome. It has 2 Type C USB ports, which is good. I had to purchase a converter, so I can connect a regular USB (Type A). Otherwise, I love it!

Its a really nice looking laptop. For a 15 yr old, she didn’t really need to chose this one for the price but that’s what she wanted. She have zero problem so far and is in love with it. It’s a great built, only the battery isn’t great

This is my first laptop and I love the slim design and it is very lightweight. I've taken a few pictures and I am very pleased with the camera. The touch screen option is great also.

Great screen! Great quality, light weight and build. Honestly a great chromebook when on sale under $500. I wouldnt pay the original price just because the processer is low and cant do anything heavy. Then again it is a chromebook so its not meant to be for video editing or things like that. One big issue is the battery! its really bad to where the baclit keys always start in a low light to save battery I assume. Every start up I keep having to adjust my settings to how they were before putting it in sleep mode.

poor battery life ruins an otherwise great laptop. To enjoy the fantastic screen you want to turn brightness to 8 or 9 and when you do you have less than 4 hours of battery life I find this unacceptable for my uses so I returned my unit

Pretty fast. No complaints. Love the touch screen and pen. My daughter uses it for school and zoom meetings and it seems to work great. Especially for the sale price!

This was a tough call for me, as some of its features are amazing, while others are not worth this expensive price. I upgraded from Samsung's cheaper 2-in-1 laptop (their $450 Chromebook) because I needed more RAM in order to make video calls, watch Netflix, etc. When I got this one (certified refurbished, like-new) I was amazed from the moment I turned it on. The OLED screen is truly amazing and definitely worth the money for it's 4K resolution alone. That being said, where it was NOT worth the $1,200 is the poor camera and speaker quality. Although these weren't my main factors in buying this laptop anyway, it would've been a nice addition with the money I paid for it. The front-facing camera is very low quality (1MP I believe), which makes it hard to see my face in dim lighting for Zoom and other video calls unless you have a source of light directed right at your face. As for the speakers, the volume does not go high enough to enjoy watching a movie comfortably, maybe only a short video if you really HAD to. That being said, if you want an amazing camera and speaker, this is not the laptop you're looking for. But if you have speaker alternatives (I use Bluetooth headphones) and you don't care about having the best camera quality, then this laptop is worth the picture quality. Even so, I would wait until the price drops to under $1000 before buying, unless they come out with a remodel to make up for the camera/speakers. Overall, 3/5 stars because it lost one star for the poor camera and another star for the poor speakers. Everything else is great and you can switch between windows seamlessly. I will always stick with Chromebooks, but hoping for this product to be improved for the future!

Such a great laptop! Excellent performance. Great color but thought it was orangeish online it's actually very red. My only complaints would be that the app portion kind of sucks, not many things are available like zoom! But you can use everything online on the browser!

Beautiful machine. However, the reviews I have read are correct that it has very short battery life. It also gets warm at times. If those are not critical to you, it is a good chromebook for daily use.

The unit not easy to use as tablet, the key board facing down when we tablet in operation mode. This could eventually damages the trackpad and keyboard. Secondly, the unit had difficulty getting the right case, we tried several cases but no resolution, even Bestbuy and Samsung representative and chromebook were in involved still did not fitted properly. Not happy with Tho’s purchased. But must say this we paid $499.99 Brand new from BestBuy.

I bought this Chromebook as an open box item at a reduced price. If it was not for the great deal, then I probably never would have spent $1,000 on a Chromebook. After using it for a couple of day it started giving a error message that the operating system was damaged or missing. I could power cycle it and clear the message but it would always come back a day or two later. I had to download a new operating system from another laptop and use a thumb drive to transfer to it to the Chromebook. This was time consuming but I have not had any issues since I installed the new operating system. This issue may have been why it ended up as an opened box item. The Chromebook is very lightweight, very thin and well constructed.

Quite a power product in a small, light package. Has performed properly so far. I'm still learning its features. I am not disappointed with the computer.
