Samsung hit it out of the park with the beauty of this machine. The screen is second to none, bright, colorful and all around perfect. The sound is... wow!! It blows away my wife's Lenovo! But!! I've had two, and am about to get a 3rd (not another Samsung). Reason: The screen cracked on two of these! The padding between the keys and screen when closed is in essence non-existent. Also, while it's great having no bezels, thats also an issue, there are no bezels. So, point being, the screen is incredibly fragile. If you must have this Chromebook, then be sure to get geek squad protection! It's an absolute must!

I like the pen attached and the screen size and the process speed but the speaks and the display on the screen are not that great

Love it! The screen is crisp and clear, however if battery life is a concern for you, this isn’t for you.

I have owned other Chromebooks and have loved them however; they have generally been lacking in the hardware section. This Chromebook is a heavy hitter, plenty of RAM to zip through loading and working with multiple applications, tons of local disk space which is cool even though everything is stored in the cloud. Let's not forget this amazing 4K display which has ultra-crisp clarity and really captures the detail and colors of Ultra HD pictures and video.

Beautiful device, battery life bad, the device was getting hot, but not dangerous hot when i got it in April. I guess chrome os 81 update fix it because now device getting warm, but not hot. Love this Chromebook, it's the best Chromebook on the market to me.

I am a teacher, and needed a touchscreen that I was able to take clear math notes on my screen to record while simultaneously projecting it to my promethean board to teach my in-person students. It has been wonderful! It was a bit pricey, and it was even on sale when I bought it. ($800) It has made teaching in-person and remote students much easier, and has saved me hours of time. If it holds up it will definitely be worth the money!

I love this little laptop. Does everything I needed to do. I love my Samsung Galaxy phone and this was very easy to use and interface. I've had it a year and have had no issues

Only good thing about this laptop are the specs. Battery life like mentioned above is terrible. Won't make it through a normal day with one charge. Laptop also gets extremely hot with minimal activity. Display is nice and keyboard feels good as well. However, after only one month of very light use, the track pad went out. The problem come and goes but will stop working after about 5 minutes of use. I have tried everything, updates, restart. Nothing works. There is a huge forum of other owners with the same problem. Amazing how Samsung would release a galaxy product with such defects, also shame on best buy for selling defective models.

Bought this on sale for my fifth grader who needed a Chromebook for school. It's done very well for the last month and a half with daily use. The battery life is fine, she hasn't had any issues. It's lightweight and stylish as well.

sleek, great tablet, wish the keys were hidden on that mode. Very standard laptop. Battery is decent but it gets hot during charging when using. But other then that a great laptop

I never leave the house with this Lil beast, so the quick draining battery doesn't affect my opinion of this magnificent Chromebook. I love this thing, the fiesta red color is beautiful and the AMOLED display is jaw dropping. Love this thing.

Bought for my daughter, she lives it. It's fast, amazing screen and it is versitile.

Bought this for my young daughter and she loves it. Because she is younger, set up was not as easy as I would've liked. Had to link to a parent account and logging in became a frustrating feat. It is lightweight, battery life seem average. Performance seems good for the online games and school work she uses it for, so no complaints there.

Wow how I loved this piece of equipment! Yes, LOVED. This Chromebook is beautiful, powerful, slick, FAST, and with a vibrant display that is the best I have every seen on a laptop. So, why did I say loved; you ask? While I have used Chromebooks in the past they have never been my primary computer. Once I tried to make the move to primary computer I did not expect the incompatibility with Office365. Yes, I know there are options but from a corporate stand point I have no choice. I wanted so bad to make this hardware work for me and I may have kept is as a travel laptop or a backup but the space bar would randomly double space between words. I spent three-four hours with Samsung support with no solution. At the end of the day I couldn't justify trading it for another with the hopes of the space bar issue being resolved. The Pros, outside of what I opened with. My experience with the battery life was not as bad as I have read. The first day I used the system for four hours non stop and still had about 30% battery remaining. Second day was similar...I was using Chrome browser with six to seven tabs open. VMWare Horizon Client and Microsoft Word. I did had little interaction with the touch screen but what little I did it was very responsive and the stylus was everything I expected being a Note 10+ user. I would probably still have this device if the keyboard issue could have been resolved. I was hard to part with this Galaxy Chromebook but it was the sensible thing to do given the Office 365 compatibility issues.

This is hands down the prettiest and slickest chromebook (or laptop tbh) out there...it is thinner than macbook air or heck even tablets, has a gorgeous 4k display, touch screen, built in pen, camera and all the goodies...but all of that comes at a price (aka, poor battery life). I still enjoy it very much but, wish I could get more than 4 hours from it

Great computer. Fast. Super, super lightweight and thin. This would be the perfect chromebook from Samsung if it had the battery life of a lot of chromebooks out there. Theres no excuse for a battery to last this short on just normal everyday web browsing. If you can get this on an open-box deal.. its a great deal. Brand new? Meh.
