Good chromebook, but battery life is not good at all. Screen is very good. Overall not worth $1000.

We really enjoy having this as our laptop. It's lightweight and easy to travel with. Plus it syncs with all our other devices.

Very fast, light and keeps a charge for 7 hours straight.

Solidly made and fast Chromebook. Did a ton of research and for the price and all the features, this was hands down the best choice.

WORST COMPUTER I EVER BOUGHT!!! I over paid for this trash!! The keys don't light up EVER!! I took it back to Best buy a few times to get help and it just reverts to bad condition over and over!! The keyboard keys are VERY hard to see even in my bright kitchen in the day time! The screen turns on in the lowest setting so I can't even see the screen EVERY TIME I have to Re-enter a password to unlock it CONSTANTLY and you cant turn this off!! VERY UPSETTNG! Battery power SUCKS bad and it dies FAST! LATEST harrible thing its been doing is reverting the screen as I'm playing games so all the sudden its upside down!! A bunch of times it just blinked me off what ever I was doing and I got to open windows and try to go back in! Volume sucks so you can't hear anything! Screen wobbles when you touch it in laptop position! Touch pad stopped working like 3 weeks after I got it!! I CANT afford another one right now and this one SUCKS BAD!!! NOT WORTH IT!!

Absolutely love everything about this chromebook! The red color and screen are gorgeous. I have been having good battery use out of it so far and the speakers sound good to me. I usually have ear buds in when listening to stuff on it. I have been wanting one for a while now and when Best Buy had it for $300 off I couldn't pass it up.

I am in love with this Chromebook. It is beautiful. No complaints so far after having it for a month. If you search online, most people complain about the battery, but I haven't had a big issue with it, cause I don't travel with it. Overall, I would definitely recommend the purchase.

This computer is excellent for students that haveonline courses and assignments. It functions at a high speed and allows for live lectures and interactive assignments to be done with ease.

I had high hopes for this Chromebook, but overall it has been a huge waste of money. To start, one hour of Zoom will consume the battery which makes work meetings on the go a disaster. To make the battery life worse, it takes even longer to charge. Samsung said there would be a fix. To date, no fix. Second. The keyboard is a pain to use. It constantly types letters twice or even 3 times. i.e., baaad = bad. I contacted Samsung Support. The person felt that it was a hardware issue and to file a warranty order. I did that one week ago and still have no response from Samsung. Third. The sound is horrible! I have to crank the volume all the way to hear movies on Hulu and Netflix. I have resorted to using Bluetooth headphones which are okay. Last. There is a white mark on the edge of my screen where the pixels don't work. When watching movies, this catches my eye and drives me nuts! Needless to say, I am very unhappy and I am in the process of returning this item.....

This is the second Chrome Book that I have owned. The major issues most users will complain about is the battery life, but if you don't care about that keep the Chrome Book plugged in. It's worth a second look. It is one of lightest, and thinnest Chrome Books on the market. It still a buy especially if it goes on sale.

Besides battery life. I like it. Will see on future updates.

My daughter loves it. Easy to use and light weight.

The Samsung is a top end chromebook with a hefty price tag, but it does come with some advantages. It light, yet sturdy with an aluminum case, and quick with it's 8mg ram. The best part is the screen, especially if you're streaming. I was lucky enough to find an open box before it was certified by the geek squad, saved me a lot.

Overall amazing as a student it does lack a lot of features like all the office apps

I just love this product, I've had lots of computers and always had found that some of the features were missing or disabled. Ever since I purchased the Samsung Galaxy I've had the best experience of my life. If I could speak of a downfall, which for me is the battery life, but overall the performance is impeccable.

When I purchased my beautiful Samsung Galaxy Chromebook I had read and watched every review available and since battery life was not my top priority I decided to overlook that flaw. I don't watch 4K video and mine gets a little over 4.5 - 5 hours of constant use. It recharges quickly. The keyboard is responsive. Flash drive and SD card storage work perfectly for files you want to be able to transfer to and from other devices. Download speed is great - never any lag there. The most annoying feature was that it didn’t remember your brightness setting. You had to reset every time you turned it on. *This was just fixed with the last Chrome OS update. My biggest problem was with the printer setup. I hadn't been able to complete all the steps to use my new HP printer. It just stopped and gave me the circle of death. *With the help of a virtual HP assistant I was finally able to manually install it. One caveat, when you first setup your machine, be sure to use the Explore feature and decide quickly on whether you want any of the offers. They disappear after you check them out but don’t accept them right away.

Wasn't too crazy about the color at first, but i do like it now. This laptop does everything that i need it to, and its faster than my other one. I would recommend it.
