Great buy only thing is battery life sucks other than that love it

This is an awesome little machine. It battery life challenged, but if you're using this connected most of the time it's no issue. I usually get 4 hrs of battery life when I'm not plugged in. Still this is a awesome little chromebook.

Purchased to use on the go for grad school - meets all of my needs and then some. Would buy again and recommend to others

works in pretty great condition and I love how lightweight it feels. The data holds ALOT for me. I love it. I use it for schoolwork and my job. the only thing is the mic is kind of low and the camera is very dim during the day and night. I just use a light on the side when I'm on a video call.

Overall, this product is a great value for the price! I needed a computer quickly to finish my college semester, and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. This device got the job done. The flip screen and stylus are incredibly helpful for taking notes online — a real game changer!

Love the touch screen. The stylus pen can be used to write on the screen to complete school assignments for my 5yo. If my son can’t pronounce a word, he can just tap the word he can’t read and it will pronounce it for him. Great chromebook!!

Got this for my daughter for school, ordered online. Did not realize it would be so thin. It feels so thin it feel fragile. You have to be so delicate when you touch the screen because it feel like you could push it right over. On positive the image quality is so bright and clear. Seems fast.

A few fatal flaws that make this purchase a major regret. First, the battery life is absolutely deplorable. This alone would ruin it. Second, there's almost no throw to these keys. It's not a pleasant keyboard to type on. Third, and it needs to go back to samsung for this, the trackpad shorted out and moves the mouse all over the place, so I had to disable it. Fourth, the 4K screen is good for displacing TINY icons, and high res background photos, but you can't play content from the major streaming services in 4K, which really renders it useless, and makes it a needless drain on the battery.

Was a little nervous about spending this much money on a Chromebook, but I am absolutely in love with it! 4K OLED screen, a stylus, it can be used as a tablet, it weighs next to nothing....complete perfection!

So thin! So light! Amazing 4k screen, 2 USB type c ports that can both charge. If only it had better battery life, it would've been pretty much perfect. I did run into weird problems with two separate machines though. One had a lot of trouble waking up and would randomly crash and reboot. The other randomly put extra spaces when I was typing.

I do love this computer. Everyone who uses then realizes how slow there computer and MacBook is. Great quality and look. I only wish it could run quick books, and some other Microsoft software needed without the loss of efficiency.

I've had this Samsung Galaxy Chrome Book for over a month now. Takes a while to get used to the differences from Windows OS, and some things just never seem to work smoothly at all. Battery charge is worthless. Overall it's ok, but I wouldn't buy anything with this operating system again.

Bought this amazing laptop for Christmas for my wife and she loves it. It’s style is sleek and thin. It’s lightweight, but powerful. The touchscreen comes with a stylus that helps you navigate surfing. Best laptop ever!
