Fast and efficient. Only down side is the fact that zoom is not an efficient app with the chromebook but other then that love it.

Overall works well, issue with the sleep mode that is common on all chromebooks. When it goes to sleep, it won't wake up without restarting the chromebook. The touchscreen is awesome and my kid can get schoolwork done with it.

Purchased opened box to save a few buck and I love everything about my samsung chromebook.

Samsung, like Apple, are known to overprice their items by hundreds of dollars. The build of the Chrome book is nice but the battery life is terrible and it's not worth the price tag.

Attractive looking device. Keyboard has a very nice feel to it. The screen is amazing. Battery works as well as any other I've had.

Working great. My son loves the ease of use of the Chromebook. He uses it for school, and he uses it constantly.

The first one was defective, but I was able to return it without a problem. The second one is the best I've ever had. Great power, able to handle multiple tasks. Only problem: lack of contrast between keyboard and letters. Without finger guides, I'd often be typing blind.

Really good computer for taking notes and staying organized.

It has a lot of features that make your life easy. Only cons that I can remeber is battery life, it drains in 2 or 3 hours.

This is a premium quality laptop when compared to Windows or Mac laptops and certainly one of the best Chromebook ever made. i5 processor, 8gb ram, 256gb fast SSD (most Chromebooks have 4gb ram and 16 or 32gb of slow flash memory. The 4K touchscreen is beautiful but the touch interface is weak in ChromeOS apps. What does work well is the built in stylus. Note that the current 2020-21 version Galaxy 2 is a downgrade. If your can find this one in stock, snap it up!

Perfect at Home Chromebook for my basic use and needs! A little pricey, but everything except battery life is top of the line!

Got it for my daughter for homeschooling. Soooooo easy to use. I love the android option as is it now synced to my phone.

This laptop works great, my son loves it. After buying 3 different models this one is the only one that preformed well.

Nice computer but the flaw with the touchpad had to make me lower it to 2 stars. The problem is the touchpad is very susceptible to static electricity which causes it to not respond to any touch accept the upmost portion of the pad. The unofficial fix seems to be to add extra grounding points with copper tape to help the unit displace the static. Samsung refuses to acknowledge the issue. Shutting the lid and waiting for the power light to go off and reopen unit usually brings back the touchpad to full functionality for awhile until it does it again. Pros nice amoled display, nice keyboard and S PEN. decent build quality. Performs well for a chromebook.
