Purchased the Samsung galaxy chromebook greek squad certified. First thing I noticed when I opened it was the camera on the keyboard was lifted up and the chromebook itself wouldn't hold a charge. Even if I wasn't using it. I feel like I was just sent a faulty one. They should have looked it over more thoroughly. When I called they told me I could use the warranty I purchased to fix it. No, I expect the product I ordered to work when it shows up. No one was helpful. I returned it purchased a brand new one directly through Samsung and have loved it.

After figuring out how to increase the backlit keyboard light, it made it more enjoyable to use. Unfortunately you have to turn it up every time you start your Chromebook. I bought an open box excellent condition and was disappointed when the pointer became unresponsive to the touchpad. It got worse to the point I am sad to say I am returning this beautiful device.

It’s nice looking. Battery life leaves lots to be desired. Chrome books are not laptops and the bush league apps don’t cut it. For $800 I wish I’d have gone with low powered laptop. Chrome books should top out at $250 max. I bought Samsung products in the past and was disappointed and I’m sad to say I failed to learn from it. Recent Samsung phone purchase is in same league.

I’m not completely happy with the setup it took to much for me to get my printer to work with it. I had to go out and spend more money on extra pieces just to use it. I found spots on the screen where it would just be white (can’t see words or lines on the screen) which is why I’m returning it. I really love the look red is my color so Samsung did an excellent job with choosing the right color and texture.

This is an awesome chromebook it works super fast and is easy to travel with.

Can multitask well, even with 20+ tabs a few Linux apps running (Terminal, Open Office, web server, vim)... all while watching youtube pip. However, there are some significant tradeoffs: * laptop gets very hot due to passive cooling -- to the point where it has thermal shutdown on me on hot days * battery life has ranged from 3 to 4.5 hours * hinge is weak for a two-in-one * hinge does "lock" into place on back of keyboard when in tablet mode, making it uncomfortable to use in tablet mode

Over priced. Limited software... S pen poorly implemented.. sound is lacking depth.

I love Samsung products and I love this chromebook. The downfall to any chromebook is Microsoft 365 does not have every feature. Otherwise, I couldnt be happier with this product and how I'm able to link my Samsung phone to it. I definitely recommend this 2 in 1 !!!!

Bought it for my wife to make it easier for her charting and she loves it!!!

Absolutely love this Chromebook. It' seems to do more then a regular chromebook.

it needs better operating manual or instructions. It seems to be a quality product but one never knows how to get the most out of "hidden features"

I purchased this Laptop - The Samsung Galaxy Chromebook - for business use and so far aside from learning the Google operating system I am extremely impressed and this computer comes with an incredible amount of value. It was on sale and I saved a few hundred dollars, Which brought the value for my money to the maximum. My experience with Best Buy was also excellent.

Got this computer for my 4th grade child to use for distance learning. She has to take it to school and bring it home, so light was important; needed the display to be big enough and bright so she could see it in various circumstances, and tough enough to withstand the back and forth. Also like that it's touch screen. I-5 and plenty of solid state and ram memory to also make it faster.
