Easy to use, very fast, and does everything that I need

The Samsung Galaxy 13.3" 4K Ultra HD touch screen Chromebook is a nice looking computer. However, the computer has some significant drawbacks. The keyboard is not designed with a CAP key. One has to learn how to type characters in the upper key which is cumbersome to process. In addition, Chromebooks do not come with windows installed. Personally, I am unwilling and I don't have the time to learn a new platform.

Light weight, easy to carry around and super fast. Beautiful 4k OLED display and 2 in 1 chrome book. Don’t need a windows or Mac and this fits everything for my needs.

It's easy to use not heavy , the camera is espectacular

Great Chromebook, would be 5 stars except if it's left idle for even a minute it disconnects from the wifi, kinda annoying

So in general this is a pretty good computer if you are getting one for the first time and I got it for 620 during the Black Friday week so it was a pretty good get. One big problem I've had is that it has frozen 2 times and been laggy but I have managed to fix it thanks to google and I'm gonna take it to Geek Suad to see what's happening. But in general is a great computer, good 5-6 max battery life for average use, a great display, an epic touchscreen, and a stylus for those who like to draw. :)

High performance Chromebook. I love this Chromebook. Only drawbacks are the limited battery life. Additionally, I do have some issues with Zoom with getting microphone volume high enough for people to hear me. Several times, I was forced to use another device for a call.

I've had the Samsung Galaxy Chromebook since the first day it went on sale on April 6th - pre-ordered. I loved it for the first three months. Then the SSD drive failed and after many many hours of redundant and nonsensical phone support sent in for repair. Received my fixed unit 2 weeks later but it quickly developed issues with the touchpad upon booting/waking. This has now progressed to a non functional touchpad. Samsung quality has plummeted. I have a number of high end devices and most have issues of some kind. Moving on to ASUS or other. Bad show Samsung!

This Samsung Chromebook is easy to use. It also blends with my cell phone and I can reach any info on either one. I do not touch type and the letters on the keys are very hard to see. Also it goes to night vision automatic and I can't find a way to turn that off.

The screen was absolutely gorgeous and the keyboard nice to type on. After 2 days I began to receive errors that the boot device could not be found. These were intermittent and would disappear only to reappear a few hours later. Took it back to BestBuy for a replacement and they refused. Only option was to return.

Aside from the well documented poor battery life the 3ven more critical defect are the laptop hinges 3hixh come either too oose or come too tight. My laptop hinges kept getting stuck while opening and i reported it to samsung whom refused to open a claim. Thr hinge eventually snapped and cracked the screen. Worst experience of my life with any product. If its nit a tv dont vuy anything from Samsung. They have one one of the poorest warranty an repair track records in the world. In the US alone, Corp Consumer Confidence polls has them last in a category of over 600 manufacturers when it came to honoring warranty issues or repairs.

My cup of water spilled on it and it’s still working great after letting it air dry Highly recommend. As well works great for as a mobile computer.

It has a beautiful screen at 4k res but sometimes it changes the color tone of the videos I was watching.

VERY FAST / EXSTREAMLY FLEXIBLE / GREAT CRUB APPEAL

Everything is well with this latest version of Samsung Chromebook. I took off one star for a couple issues. One is the short battery life. The other is that the Chromebook gets overheated faster than the previous version. Other than that I like its performance.
