Battery life is good for what i need it for, but I do find that if I use it for extended periods of time it will start to lag. Pretty good device overall though

i like the color of the chromebook, overpriced for what i get out of it

I really like this chromebook I wish it was a little bigger but its not that its ro small but I'd love to have more of this vibrant screen. The battery does drain quickly but thats the tradeoff for the incredible quality of the screen, if that's a problem just keep it charged when ever possible.

best chrome book I've ever used hands down. Just wish the battery lasted a little longer.

Im new to laptops and learning how to and im loveing every moment my fingers as well as my eyes i am so imprwssed. samsung has done it again for me and Best Buy we're the ones to be there when i was makeing this personal decision. Thank you and im a returning customer for sure.

We bought this for our daughter and she absolutely loves it! She's in 8th grade and the Best Buy representative said it should last until college! What a relief knowing this is the last laptop to buy before college! And I use it and it has everything anyone needs in a laptop/tablet!!!

Gorgeous screen, the problem I found is the keyboard is so hard to read in certain conditions.

Wish I'd not wasted my money. I've had it barely 7 months and the trackpad has completely stopped working. When I exchanged for this one, the sales guy took my geek squad protection off so now I'm stuck with a dud laptop. Constantly crashing, stylus is so tiny. Like it was made for a child. Would not purchase this again or recommend to anyone for that matter. Battery life is abysmal. It's kind of fast and the screen resolution is great. Those are the only good things about this.

It’s slim, light, amazing display, decent battery life and fast exactly what I needed. So far I haven’t come across anything I don’t like about it.

Purchased this chromebook to work from home. After making a few adjustments and reducing the brightness it got me thinking of how amazing chromebooks can be.

Fast reliable clarity is awsome. No hdmi cord plug in . Have trouble with blue tooth

Love the flexibility of this laptop/tablet. Beautiful red color.. I just hate the new office 365. I also don't like that it only has C ports, not the usual USB so I had to buy an adapter. Super upset that they canceled out my warranty and couldn't give me an answer as to why and refused to let me get it even after THEY made a mistake.

U never go wrong buying this laptop.if u are person like me that sit on pc for hours ,then this is one of the best laps out there .Anyway i have always being lover of SAMSUNG Products.

Seems to work as should....wish there was a protective casing for it, because it is super thin.

So far has been good purchase. Downside, no backlit keyboard.

I bought this chromebook for work only. I only use it for Google meets & checking emails. It does its job. What I really loved about it is how thin it was. It can easily fit into my backpack and purse. Another great feature is how it folds into a tablet. The pen is awesome, too.

Chrome OS doesn't seem to be perfect yet. Although the display of this product is 4K, it shows a level inferior to that of the Galaxy Tab. Each pixel stands out. And the keypad is really disappointing. It almost looks like it's not working. It's expensive, but I think it's inferior to the Galaxy Tab A series. I can't move the cursor. It is also difficult to use by touching the screen when the Krumbook is unfolded. You can experience extreme stress as the screen slides back the moment you touch it. After all, you don't have to buy this product. I'd rather buy the latest Galaxy Tab s8 series at this price.
