Love my new Chromebook! I had to turn in my laptop when I retired in June, so this was my gift to myself. It took a bit to get used to, but that was me. I love it, love the color! Won't be mistaken for every other black, gray, or silver one.

This Chromebook is fast and generally meets my requirements. The problem I have is it will not keep the setting changes I make after it is restarted or logged out. Once I login the settings are gone and I have to reset my personal setting. Sure is aggravating. I have cheaper Chromebooks that don't have this problem

Poor hardware..to thin and flimsy ..not very impressed..the keyboard flipped over is obnoxious as it locks and unlocked if you accidentally touch the button while its bent back. Battery life is very short..the stylus is great..beautiful red and charger is quick charge

As much as I love Google chrome OS and Samsung products I had to return this beautiful Chromebook because it kept having an issue with chrome OS crashing. May have just been a defective Chromebook. When it worked, it was awesome! I'll get another one just not right now.

None of the major streaming services will allow anything over 1080p, most were only 480. YouTube in 4k was nice. I was willing to be ok with this annoyance, hoping chrome os or the other services would come around eventually and I could download Netflix videos for offline viewing above 480p. The deal breaker was this morning, I was streaming youtube (4k), checking email, browsing and using youtube music (w/video), not all at once but continuous. After 1 hour, I was down to 67% battery life. I don't know how anyone could get 3 hours out of this, my ipad pro, galaxy note 10+ and surface pro last much longer doing the same stuff, with 3 different operating systems that support full HD or better, and some form of HDR. I returned it immediately after 1 day. It's a shame, the look, feel and finish of it was wonderful. None of that matters when it's held back by the limitations of the operating system and the lack of support. If the providers would take advantage of the hardware some of these chromebooks can handle I would have been ok leaving this plugged in most of the time. For this much money though, it's not worth it.

I love it! Expected to be able to download more things but found out can only play in tablet mode on games and stuff. Still awesome!

What a great Chromebook. It's very powerful and get storage on it. I use for both work and school. While sitting on my back deck by a fire I stream live baseball and hockey games.

I purchased this when it was on sale, which at the price I got it at made it very worth it. Why I have it three stars was because the screen had issues right out of the box where the tint would constantly adjust (and no, I wasn't touching anything by mistake), and it also kept freezing on me. The track pad, screen, keyboard and feel were fantastic. However, it's got to work. While I might have just gotten a dude, I was concerned about longevity if this is what happens when new.

Bought for my kids online activities for school. It looks very clean and performs well. The only problem is the batter life, but my kids use it plugged in, so hasn't been a big issue. And lastly, the webcam is terrible.

I had followed the specs of this Chromebook from before it officially arrived at the stores. I placed a "remind me" notice at Best Buy and asked to be alerted when the product arrived. And that's exactly what happened. I then went online and purchased it.

love everything about the chromebook.. except the battery life not too great!

The computer is fine, but it took me this long to figure out that my printer is not compatible. I don't use 88% of what this computer is capable of, all I want to do is shop and pay bills and print out the receipts. My husband and I are not that computer savvy but he had no problem hooking up his Dell to the Canon Printer. I would have to forward all my emails to his Dell in order to print them, what a PAIN!!! After a lot of research (no help from Samsung or Best Buy) I finally learned that this Chromebook is not compatible with our Canon Printer. I'm having my 15 yr old grandson meet me at Best Buy to purchase a printer and hopefully I'll be able to print from this Chromebook after owning it since Feb.2021.

I love the screen size, the looks, touch screen capability, and overall feel. The only downfall is that I got the Mercury Gray color and the white lettering is horrible. Should of been black.

This laptop is great, I do recommend to read about the battery description. Resolution is perfect!!

I really like it is really good for work but the quality of the camera is not good. Had a lots of problems with the zoom meeting and how the camera look. Besides that really like it to do reports or just work projects

It meets all the expectations of a good computer, it is portable and very discreet, good price and the color is nice

Terrible computer. I love samsung but this thing is such a massive failure I almost feel ripped off. The mouse pad didnt work right from the start. It would just stop responding after about 5 minutes of use. I should have returned it immediately, huge mistake. Freezes constantly, even when doing basically nothing. It can barely stream netflix. It gets so incredibly overheated it will burn your skin and this happens within minutes of turning it on. I cannot stress enough DO NOT BUY this computer. I think almost any computer would be better than this piece of crap.
