Hardly premium. The Samsung Galaxy Chromebook with 4k screen is now two years old and still not ready for prime time. Samsung nailed the looks and build quality, but a premium badge has to extend to the user experience as well, and this is where the Galaxy Chromebook fails miserably. Most buyers looking at this model are buying it for the display, but the display is hugely problematic. If you're some who needs and values a somewhat color accurate display, this thing will drive you up the wall. Instead of inky blacks, everything in the shadows is crushed to a level that you won't be able to see any detail. There are faint digitizer lines that are clearly visible. Add to that the constant color shifting, particularly when toggling to full screen and just the comically ridiculous over saturation of colors. I can deal with the many limitations of the chrome OS, but the software and hardware have to work in harmony, and this thing despite being two years old is all over the place. And this is not a case of a defective model if you care to do a research a bit. A Macbook is overkill for my needs, but I just need something with a great display and build quality that works right out of the box...you know, something premium.

Very nice laptop-chromebook, very light, compact and easy to use. Love the pen which is useful at times.

Bought for my kid. Chromebooks are great, especially the Samsung ones. No complaints from my kid.

Ok lot of pros but do have some cons, So its a cromebook so it works like one which means the its the best cromebook you'll buy but it limited. No HDMI and you can't go on window or there programs. Other then that great

I absolutely love it, and use it every day. Great for a "living room" laptop when I don't need my real office computer. I did have to send it off to get repaired, but it was repaired for free and has been fine since.

i love this thing so far works great for on the go action and i can stream my games from the cloud with it and it auto connects to my mobile data when im not connected to wifi

Many great features, beautifully presented, BUT it cannot be used on one's lap because it gets too hot! Very, very uncomfortable, not just unpleasantly warm. I've owned at least 20 laptops; this one exhibited the hottest temperature I have experienced on any of them. Bought it one day, rerurned it quickly. Very disappointing since I waited expectantly for a few months to order one.

The fastest laptop I've ever used. Very lightweight, easy to use. Very glad that I went with this model.

I love everthing about this Chromebook. I was worried because it was an open box but it works perfectly

Recently retired, had gone the gamut - CPM, DOS 1.1 - 3.3, Win95 - 7, linux, OSX - but no longer needed to do much off the web. This give me plenty of capability on the web as well as linux access when I need a little more power.

Pricing was okay not bad for a Chromebook but I prefer laptop

This computer is absolutely gorgeous! It's thin, light, and the screen is out of this world. But, the battery is awful!

Amazing!!! Great for on the go and easy enough to handle so that my son can use it for his learning apps. Glad I was able to sink it with my phone.
