Its design was great. The the 4k drained too much of its battery. NO lagging switching apps to apps. When put on landscape mode, its wasn't instantly. The software wasn't built well. I have returned after 2 weeks. The one that I have received was defective. It had bad screen pixels.

Worthless. Only AMOLED screen is the plus. This device can't play high quality 4k videos. Most of the android apps are either not compatible or not built for chromebook. Battery hardly 3 hours. Glad I didn't buy new item... Its worth 250$ .. its better to stick with laptop untill android apps are built better for chromebook. Only happiness is you can enable Linux and can install softwares...

What a terrible product. I wasted my money. First trip and the battery got hot and big. I thought it was going to exploded in the plane. Warranty fix it. Now 2 years after I bought the chrome book the screen got completely black. Nobody responded because I don’t have extended warranty

I like every thing I bought at best buy. Toaster oven microwave several computers. They are good people to deal with.

4k picture is great in a well lit room. Darker room, gotta play with brightness. Sound is average for chromebook.

Absolutely beautiful hardware. I have spent a few weeks now playing with the chromeOS. If you are a google fan, you are going to love it. I actually prefer firefox browser. And for some reason, downloading firefox, the version thinks the chromebook is a mobile phone so there are some functions and features that dont work properly. I am trying to find a way to install Linux. If I succeed, this will be the best notebook PC ever!!!

OBSESSED! We purchased the model under this for my MIL in the summer. My fiancé has been eyeing this one for months as he wanted the upgraded model. Bought it for Christmas for him at half price. He is in heaven! That says a lot for a computer geek. The display is like a high model TV.

I am very pleased with this Samsung Chromebook. The price was great and I feel like I got a good' deal. Only problem is the battery only has about a 4 hour battery life but since I use it at home it's really not a problem for me.

Had the product for 6 weeks. Really has only been used for 3 and only for school zoom calls and google classroom. Now The OS system is non-functional. Can it restore it... neither could the Geek Squad. So instead of replacing the product Again just over a month old, they have to send it back which could take up to 4 weeks. If the OS system cannot be restored, stand by your product and replace it! Best Buy should pressure Samsung to Allow replacements for these issues.
