This has an amazing display. with the intel i5 it has enough power to do just about anything you need.

I bought this Chromebook for my wife at the same time I bought the red version. There was a sale going on that couldn't be passed up. The only issue she had was the screen would automatically dim when unexpected. With some research she found that this is a OS issue. Each time you power it up, you need to set the brightness. She loves the tablet feature. Now she can read books on her Chromebook instead of her cell phone.

No problems, everything works as should. Beautiful screen display very premium. Battery is good for me.

Had the product for 6 weeks. Really has only been used for 3 and only for school zoom calls and google classroom. Now The OS system is non-functional. Can it restore it... neither could the Geek Squad. So instead of replacing the product Again just over a month old, they have to send it back which could take up to 4 weeks. If the OS system cannot be restored, stand by your product and replace it! Best Buy should pressure Samsung to Allow replacements for these issues.

it's a good computer but it won't let me move my mouse or if it does it's only for like 2-4 minutes and i have to use my hands it's annoying

It was a great experience using this computer and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Physically speaking this machine is fantastic. Overall the device is incredibly thin and light weight while maintaining an incredibly sturdy feel. The aluminum frame is beautiful, the 360 degree hinges incredibly well engineered and man…the fiesta red (I got red, not grey like the description above says) color of the metal really pops! The keyboard is really nice for being so small. I am used to a larger, more traditional desktop style lay out. I have to say though that this design is growing on me. The keys are backlit which is nice for using at night. The touch pad is very responsive and decently sized. I haven’t used the stylus pen much, but I have found it to be responsive and the best version of this sort of tech I have come across thus far. Now where it literally shines, the display. The screen is flat out gorgeous. The bright, crisp 4k display is really something to behold. Stunning contrast and beautiful colors pop off the screen as it is without a doubt the best looking display of anything I have ever owned. If I had to answer, what is the single most impressive feature of this machine? The quality of the images it produces is absolutely my answer. Oh and the touch screen is incredibly responsive. This is not my first touch screen as I also have a desktop touch screen PC, the sensitivity and reaction of this screen is the superior to my other device. Movies and games look just amazing. Watched part of the newest Pixar movie in 4k and its almost surreal how incredible it looks when you combine the cutting edge technology of both the movie and the machine. The processing power is impressive. It might even seem overpowered for a Chrome OS machine as in some ways the operating system is a bit limited compared to other options. To me this is a tablet on steroids with a great keyboard incredibly well engineered. I opened multiple tabs in my browser…like a lot of tabs…and had a game going and I didn’t notice any drop in performance. I have had the machine stop working like it should a couple times and it required a reset to fix. It wasn’t any major issue though and something I expect will get better as the operating system continues to mature. The only real drawbacks to this device may be a bit frustrating, but totally understandable. The battery life is not great and it can get uncomfortably warm pretty quickly. But this is a reasonable trade off for the graphics, small size and not having any fan noise to deal with. All in all I am very impressed with this computer. Would I recommend it to a friend? Probably, I mean there multiple operating systems on the market and they have their own strengths and weaknesses so ultimately it depends on your needs. But if you want a Chromebook and can deal with the ok battery life, then this device is for you. Everything else about it is spectacular.

Super slim and eye catching! Use it for webbased work and does exactly whats needed. Would highly recommend. Have had no complaints. Oh, I do not do work in the dark. Keep in mind as these keys are not lit!
