The best laptop I've ever had, i just wish the volume was louder.

Super nice Chromebook, the screen is beautiful at 4K resolution super Amoled. Exactly what I’m looking for. Battery life is is subpar but that’s what you get for having a 4K screen.

Don't buy this Chromebook unless you buy an extended warranty. It gets so hot you can't let it sit on you lap for very long. Battery life sucks. I've had this for 20 months and things started going haywire as soon as the warranty expired. The touch pad is very glitchy and will freeze for no reason. I've power washed it and removed all apps with no changes. The port on the right side no longer works so I only have one left to charge with and I think that will be going soon too. I loved this computer for a year. The screen is fantastic but that's not a good enough reason to buy it.

The touch screen really speeds things up in a virtual learning envirnoment.

I bought this when Covid went crazy for work and school and all that but then as soon as I got it, it would restart went it entered sleep every time and I would lose all my progress in chrome and have to start over. It was defective.

As soon as you open the box and place this Chromebook in your hands you feel the awesome Samsung build quality.The build quality can rival any high end Windows or apple device without a doubt. I ended up with the Fiesta Red rather than the Mercury gray and I can say that it does not disappoint. The aluminium frame is stronger than you expect based on its thinness and I think it will fair well in the long run. The 10th gen intel processor, 256gb SSD and 8gb of RAM are all impressive specs for a chromebook. The chromebook also has 2 usb c ports and a 3.5mm jack The best thing about this Chromebook is the impressive OLED screen. In my opinion the screen is nicer than the retina display on my mac book. The touch screen is quite responsive and is not too reflective The keyboard has shallow travel similar to the controversial mac book butterfly keyboards so it does take a little time to get used to but strangely enough I preferred it over the mac book. The track pad is well sized and very responsive without any lag. The top right of the keyboard also includes a fingerprint sensor which performed better than I thought it would. The hinge on the laptop is a 360 degree hinge which maybe useful when using the built in pen to take notes however I don't really see myself using this as a tablet type device The powerful 10th gen I5 processor and the beautiful Amoled screen do contribute to the 1 negative I have experienced with this Chromebook, battery life. Chromebooks generally are able to perform for 8-10 hours with moderate use. Most however are not the caliber of this device. Turning down the brightness may allow you to squeeze about close to 5 hours of this Chromebook which may not be convenient if you intend this to be your primary laptop I personally think that I could use this as my primary device since everything is cloud based these days and battery life is a trade off I am willing to make ti use this impressive device .

Great Chromebook for what I need to do. Be sure you have an adapter for USB to Type-C as this has no USB slots. It can get hot, so I am going to invest in a cooler. Battery life is good, not great.

DO NOT BUY! Looks beautiful and my son loved it for school. Stopped working within 18 months and it makes no sense to repair since it will cost as much as a new one. Ive brought this to the Geek Squad and a local repair shop. Neither could load the OS and said its a problem with the motherboard. If you look on the Samsung site you will see this is a common problem right @ the 2 year mark. I am not an IT person but a device that costs $1,000 should NOT malfunction in less than 2 years (contrary to what a Geek Squad tech said to me). Save yourself the money!
