I will haul it into the store and have them either give me another or get my money back :(

Not worth it.

The Samsung is a decent laptop, but after using it for a few months, I wish the Pixelbook was still available. The 4K screen is beautiful, but it is power hungry. That is not an issue for me, but it might be for others. The 16x9 aspect ratio of the screen is great for movie watching. It does mean a lot more scrolling when editing documents or web browsing. The keyboard is good, though I occasionally experience "double clicking". I gave several others a try, before settling on this Samsung. I am confident this is one of the best Chromebooks available right now, but I still miss my Pixelbook...
