I ordered the Samsung over some of the bigger laptop brands because of the touchscreen. He says he uses it constantly for math equations. Instead of using the keyboard he writes right on the screen.

It was slow, didn't have backlit keys, and somehow the keyboard felt off - anytime I tried to type I found that at natural resting position my hands didn't line up with the keyboard appropriately.

She love it and help her do all her assignments easily on Microsoft word. Is not heavy when carry in your bag as well.

My wife was needing a new laptop for her photography. This Samsung was a nice fit. And it will integrate well with her phone and tablet.

Keyboard is a nice to use but cons no black keyboard so basically deal breaker if you're working in night time or lights are off. Otherwise Windows updates and work smoothly.

Overall, I'm very pleased with it. It looks good, was very simple to set up, and works well with one exception. After less than two weeks, the external port for speakers stopped working, and the sound quality of the internal speakers is quite poor. I realize that failures of this nature are statistically to be expected, but it's still a great disappointment. I'll be checking with the Geeks to see what can be done about it.
