I love the feel of this laptop, and it's got great specs for the price. Unfortunately, the reviews are correct about the screen. It's pretty bad. Bad enough that I had to return it after a couple of weeks of trying it out. I wanted to give myself time to get used to it, but unfortunately, it's a big issue, that is just impossible to get past. It's fuzzy and dim. It's too bad. I really wanted to keep this.

My HP laptop crashed and I needed to get a laptop quick. I did not need some items that was on my old computer - but I am struggling with some things on the new MS windows 11 system - not the laptop - but the operating system. I am still working through the system.

Samsung laptop seems to be very well assembled and with all hardware and software working. The only complaint is Microsoft Edge continues to freeze up occasionally however, that’s a Microsoft problem.

Everything is great about this laptop except the battery life. You get maybe 2 to 3 hours of battery life before it needs a recharge. Overall, though, happy with this machine.

Great laptop that does what i need. Fast processor, good size, decent screenview. The touchpad is a little quirky as others have reported, but ill likely get a mouse as well (i am not terribly fond of touchpads overall). So far, no big complaints.

Quick bootup and Sturdy build. Looking for accessories isn't that hard because it is compatible with the PRO versions. Camera and laptop speakers are just average but you may have to use external devices anyway.

Awesome. Very happy with the laptop. Solid construction. The graphics aren't up to gamer standards, but for everything else, I'd highly recommend this laptop.

First time I've owned a laptop, and I must say that I'm loving it. The salesgirl at Best Buy steered us in the right direction for what we needed and she was very knowledgable. Thank you, Best Buy!

Very user friendly - easy to use and screen is very easy to read! These things are important when you aren't as young as you used to be!

Excellent laptop - I seem to buy a new laptop every year but that's because I'm cycling out older ones; so I have at least one new model (I work with four (4) laptops at once at a minimum.

Worth every penny. Quality screen, quality build, and just all around great processing power, topped with amazing battery life. And yes, it does have a usb type c charge port.

The computer is generally good. Internet access is not good in many places that worked with the last laptop. Windows 11 is difficult

I was really skeptical about this laptop, but trust me best ever decision, Samsung tablet, phone and laptop all connected it together, work it's became very easy

Wonderful computer. Seriously top of the line. My only disappointment is that i thought of came with a pen, but that's my bad.

Works well. Browser freezes on occassion but I think that has more to do with the 50 tabs i have open than anything else.

This is a great laptop! I use it everyday for work. Battery life is amazing plus can charge on the go in the car!

We’re enjoying so far. I’ll do a 6 month update because we all know the review could change. Okaaay Samsung don’t play.

After about a year of having this laptop, it started shutting off on me periodically. I have brought it back to Best Buy 3 times for repair. The volume is also very low (like most Samsung laptops). There are better laptops out there. I think I will settle with an HP next time.
