One month in to ownership - not impressed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1) Does not work with Adobe CS6 After effects, I think its a Video processor issue, contacted Intel they said it was Adobe or Microsoft! but it fails when the program starts and checks the Video processor 2) contracted Samsung for the battery part number (will not provide it) told to contact J&J they parts supplier Quoted $164 (will not provide part number) There are no parts in https://samsungpartsusa.com/ for this machine other than the manual and a service book 3) Wanted a pen, told by Samsung to get the S pen did not work - they have no other suggestions! no pen 4) Samsung customer service are no use, Samsung technical support - just want you to send it in, J&J parts Samsung parts provider are rude/uncooperative and will not provide information other than take your order for parts
