2nd Time at Samsung Repair Center

Finally sent it back to Samsung. They returned it stating they only needed to update the graphics driver. Still shuts down and restarts several times a day. Sent it back again and now they tell me they have replaced the mother board but it is still blue screening. Waiting to hear back from them. Will update.

Very disappointing for the price

The biggest problem is the display. It seems to be washed out and the viewing angles are not great. There is also no back light for the keyboard and the audio is very low.

Stopped working after 3 days!!

Last night while I was using it, the computer decided to update BIOS... never turned on again. Went back this morning and returned, got a Lenovo which looks, feels, and displays as a much better machine.

Paid a lot of money, not worth the price. Should have stayed with Apple. I thought I would give Microsoft another shot, but I'm very dissapoined again. Windows 11 is flimsy compared to Apples OS.

Quirkiest Computer I've Ever Owned

The sound drivers cut in and out all the time from day one. The thing is so sensitive that it jumps all around the screen. My Samsung S21 is the same way. Quirky. Very disappointing! Samsung used to be great! No more Samsung for me!
