Screen quality like laptops from 2000's. Battery life about 2Hrs max.

Had the laptop less than 4 days and the display went out.

Terrible because it has no power cord and never me tioned that.

The specs speak for themselves. The value is there, especially with a brand of this magnitude. However, its not all rainbows. There are so slight caveats or things i would have liked to know prior to the purchase. The first is that the keyboard is not the greatest - meaning that i will be using a wireless keyboard when I am at home (the Logi K470 - hands down the best keyboard I have every used, worth every penny). The Keboard is not bad per say, but it certainly isn't slightly close to the best. The second caveat, was that the screen is really nothing beyond average. I have a four year old average Dell monitor that I have been using and the screen is nicer on this monitor than the one on my laptop - it may have something to do with the screen being touch screen, it kind of has that slight anti-smudge zagg shield feel to it, and the screen does get as bright and illuminated as i was expecting...its rather kind of dark. Like I was saying, the visuals on my four year old average monitor look better than this brand new $900 Samsung laptop. Kind of disappointing. However, if these caveats aren't a deal breaker four you, its hard to pass up this product. I had done a good amount of research and this was the laptop had all that I wanted and its the COLOR that I wanted. For Black Friday there is an almost identical laptop on sale (for a very nice price) but the color is mystic navy...and all the reviewer are saying it smudges and shows finger prints VERY badly...dont beleive me? Look at the pics they are posting.Right out of the box its already showing smudges and fingerprints all over the laptop. The last thing I want to do is have a nice laptop that always looks nasty like I dont take care of it. Really look at the pics, they dont lie. So silver is the way to go!

Love this laptop!! Pretty loud for a laptop. Touchscreen is great, processing power is very nice, I work, play games on it.

I've had numerous problems with this laptop and I've only had it a few months. After reading other reviews, maybe mine is defective. Display died almost immediately after purchasing, got it repaired by Samsung. Well, It just died again so I'll be headed back to repair again. Battery life is awful. I barely get one hours use out of it. System also crashes multiple times a day. As first, I thought it was just chrome browser however I had the same issue with other browsers making this an unreliable device for working from home. Very frustrating!

I was looking for a computer for basic computing (web browsing, running multiple Microsoft applications, and streaming videos). This computer loads quickly, has an excellent visual display, and it easy to transport due to how thin it is. I love the processing speed. If you are looking for a high quality computer that looks stylish, has great graphics, and fast processing speeds, look no farther (Buy this laptop now). The only con I have is the battery which could be due to how often I utilize it. The battery life is good not great. I can work off an on for about 12 hours before I need to charge the battery. (This will be vary based on each user).

I really love this not book it has touch screen as well

First one I received was defective with a short in the screen. However Best Buy customer service was phenomenal and the sent me a replacement with no problem. Replacement machine works perfectly and I am very happy with it.

Samsung missed the boat on this one. The keyboard is really bad, and the screen is pretty terrible. I expect more for the price.
