First laptop. Nice little shortcuts.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not tech savvy, it is my first laptop ever and I haven't had much time to actually see all features and things that the laptop has to offer. Regardless I really like the 2 in 1 touchscreen laptop and I really like the features of having multiple windows open to multitask at the touch of a button. I also like the outdoor brightness feature which increase the brightness past 100%. This is very useful whenever I have work meetings outdoors. I don't like that the speakers are located underneath the laptop, as it feels it deafens the sounds a little. I haven't had any problems with it, and does the job with my work needs; it's fast, smooth, and I would recommend, but keep in mind this is my first laptop so I don't have any reference for it.

Great computer
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have tried several computers in this price range and this one was the best combination between battery life, display, and functionality. Lightweight. Keyboard feels very premium. Fingerprint sensor works very well. Compatible with the Wacom bamboo ink stylus. Only down sides for me are that the speakers are disappointing (though I use this as a work computer and rarely use the speakers anyway so not a deal breaker) and the trackpad is on the small side. Got it while on sale and couldn’t be happier with the cost/value ratio. Highly recommended.

Jack of all trades.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A great touch screen screen, good (back-lit) keyboard and great, metal, build make this premium laptop a great buy if you can look past its quiet speakers. Display - 8/10 - Bright, very good color and resolution make this a very good display. Design and Build - 8/10 - Metal everything apart from the display and keyboard, this laptop feels very good to the touch, the only con being that on hot summer days, the metal is warm to the touch. Speakers - 5/10 - Very quiet speakers that quickly get over powered by anything making noise nearby. You won’t fill a room with sound with these speakers. Power - 7/10 - Powerful enough for web browsing, streaming, word documents and the most basic of games. A great everyday laptop, but if you’re looking for a gaming machine on content creation, this ain’t it, chief. There’s an Asus for the same price that’ll give you more power although the screen and build don’t quite match this Samsung.

Nice PC but not perfect.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very nice machine. I like the 2-in-1 feature and the compact size. The only negatives are it is not a rigid as it could/should be especially for a 360* machine. When you flip it backwards to use as a tablet it tends to flex a bit. Not an operational problem but for a Samsung it doesn't have the quality feel I would expect. Also, the speakers are nothing to brag about. I have to Bluetooth to external speakers. Despite these issues I would buy again.

Superb Display with a weak Speakers and execution!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Display is great (the only consideration you would by this), the construct of the laptop is solid, Keyboard is good. Cons: The Stereo speakers are sooo weak in this model as it has no AKG tuning and makes the whole experience a bummer, the keyboard are hard to see as they used silver with white LED light so it is hard to see it, The touchpad is so so as it is not made of glass. Overall: It was a pass for me as I decided t return it. Since I really enjoyed the Superb Display, I am saving my money and will buy either the SAMSUNG GALAXY BOOK ION 13.3 OR 15.6 as these models have AKG tuned speakers and will be the same solid build. I will only loose the 2 and 1 functions with these but I'm also considering the Galaxy Book Alpha 15.6. Do not buy... if the speakers is a big factor for you. Buy ...if you're ok using Headphones

Great 2 in 1
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stylish, easy to use, and a bright colorful screen. Speakers are on the bottom but it's still loud enough.

Excellant Quality

100/10! Great Laptop!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great laptop! Samsung out did themselves with their first laptop. I was a Mac user for 10+ years, and I am very happy I made the switch back to PC. The versatility of the machine is great. It is light, easy to use, amazing screen quality. I would have liked the speakers to be a little louder but that is me being nit-picky! Would recommend to anyone!

Look Somewhere Else
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mediocre performance for the price and you're giving up a lot in build quality. I could click the trackpad by holding the laptop from the bottom corners, atrocious body flex. It feels cheap, looks it, and cannot charge via USB-C. Oh, and the speakers sound like they're submerged in water. For $799, pick up a surface laptop 3 (on sale) or an apple refurbished MacBook Air. Samsung could have done a lot better here.
