I'm not tech savvy, it is my first laptop ever and I haven't had much time to actually see all features and things that the laptop has to offer. Regardless I really like the 2 in 1 touchscreen laptop and I really like the features of having multiple windows open to multitask at the touch of a button. I also like the outdoor brightness feature which increase the brightness past 100%. This is very useful whenever I have work meetings outdoors. I don't like that the speakers are located underneath the laptop, as it feels it deafens the sounds a little. I haven't had any problems with it, and does the job with my work needs; it's fast, smooth, and I would recommend, but keep in mind this is my first laptop so I don't have any reference for it.

I bought this laptop for college because it has very decent specs for its price. Great screen quality despite being 1920×1080p because of the QLED display. The touch screen works very well although I couldn't find a stylus that is compatible; there isn't much information on this 13.3" model. It does have a backlit keyboard that turns on automatically when surroundings reach a certain darkness level. I haven't tested the battery life completely yet, but it has always had a charge when I use it. Along with the thin, sleek 2-in-1 design, I think it's an amazing starter laptop for any student. I ended up paying just over $1k because I bought the 2-year accidental damage protection, which covers everything except loss and theft and I would highly recommend it. If possible, try to buy it on sale if you want to keep it under 1000. Other than that, it's an amazing computer and I'm glad I have it!

Bought this laptop over a month ago. So far, I have not come across any issues. At first I was debating on which laptop to get because I am picky when it comes to certain things especially laptops. My laptop before this purchase was an HP and it was a big disappointment so I did not want to have to go through the same issues again. I was hesitant to get this laptop because it didn't have the 10 keypad or the cd/dvd driver and that's what I needed. After viewing a couple laptops and sacrificing certain features, I decided to opt in with this one. I love that when you open up the lid you don't have to wait for windows to load and all that. It takes you right to the lock window and all you have to do is place your finger on the fingerprint reader and it logs you in right away, that is if you opt in for that option There's a couple options on how to log in. I love the flip and fold tablet feature. I haven't quite use it as a tablet but I'm sure it will come in handy when I need it. The glass feature screen is a plus. Ones I have had in the past were plastic and matte cheap looking screens so I was happy about this one. One thing, I was iffy about was the speakers since it was under the laptop I was afraid that it was going to have a muffle sound but it actually sounds great so that was a plus as well. I read reviews that certain stylus pens work with this laptop but I have not tried yet. I do use a wireless mouse whenever working at the desk but if i'm just chilling on the sofa with the laptop then I use the touch pad. The laptop runs fast. Battery life is great, it lasts me a whole day even without charging it. My first ever laptop was a 17.3 inch Dell and then 15.6 inch HP... now this 13.3 inch, the weight is great. Don't know why I never opt in to get a small laptop. So happy I made this purchase. I own a couple samsung products and knowing that it's a samsung, it has not disappoint me.

So far this laptop computer has performed excellently. We bought it about 6 months ago, and it is performed well with regards to touch screen, battery and life lightweight, and general ease of use and good responsiveness. Because it is not a large computer, the battery sizes not the largest, but it does last sufficiently long for us. We bought it to replace my wife's Lenovo yoga, which is a similar type laptop, and it has done well in replacing it. Our overall experience with Samsung is that they make good cell phones and this laptop - too bad the Samsung dryer we purchased went bad right after the warranty expired, is substandard and unreliable, and we don't recommend buying that type Samsung item.

This is a great laptop for those who want a beautiful display! The touchscreen is also very useful and tablet mode works great. I have noticed on video chat calls the computer does overheat a little bit but nothing to worry about. The battery life is great and nothing to complain about. Overall going from a crappy 2010 laptop to a brand-new 2020 laptop is amazing and definitely worth nine hundred and fifty bucks after tax!

This is an excellent laptop for the price and what it can offer. It is well comparable to DELL XPS 7300 series which almost 30% to 40% premium in price. What i like about this laptop: Good performance Sleek Best mobility 2 in 1 (tablet model is awesome) Great Screen and depth Sleek and Weights just 2.62 pounds Cons : Windows Home is good for students and business users Battery is not like XPS but decent I recommend this for any one with 90% purposes (not for gamer)

First, a bit caveat, I installed Ubuntu as my primary OS on day one. I have Windows set as a secondary partition, just in case I need a recovery option with the original drivers. Now, the only real problem that I have with the device is the lack of type-c charging. That decision just doesn't make any sense. Additionally, the proprietary charger is just not good. Sure, it's functional, but that's about it. Second issue, this is my only other real issue with the machine, the right shift is shortened to make room for the fingerprint reader. Which, being on Ubuntu, I am not using. There is not native support for biometrics and I don't feel like setting up a third party solution. The scanner not working is not a knock on the device, but shortening the shift key to put it in, is. Now for the good. OH. MY. GOSH. This screen is gorgeous. I don't do any heavy color work, so will not vouch for its color accuracy, but I can say that it is stunning to look at. Powerful enough, while I wouldn't expect to do any heavy gaming or video editing or 3d modeling on this machine, but it is good enough for some Minecraft or other light titles and light photo/video work and compiling. Battery, while it isn't going to get the 18+ hours promised, it is good enough for all day use. I took it off of the charger at two or three this afternoon, and it's 10 at night with still about an hour left on the battery. That was done with some code work, video watching, web browsing, office documents, Inkscape, and a bit of gaming just to see how it did. If I were doing heavy work all day, it probably wouldn't last, but I don't really expect any computer to. My MacBook before this had similar battery life. Also, not that you will likely have worse battery life on Windows. Look, this is an $850 laptop. This is hands down one of the best machines that you're going to be able to buy at this price point. Sure, you can get more powerful laptops, if you spend another few hundred dollars. But I am happy with my purchase.

Took a flyer on this deal as I've never purchased a Samsung computer before, but the price was right and I needed a 2-1 laptop. It's lightweight, which isn't much a concern for me but my wife appreciates it. The 2-1 aspect and being Microsoft ink compatible gives it the flexible we both need. It's fast, especially for the spec. Hasn't lagged at all with what we have thrown at it, granted none of the tasks have been heavy duty (ie: no gaming, graphically intensive task) but what we need it doe the job and then some Boy what a screen ... this QLED Touch-Screen is far and away one of the best screens I've ever used in the mobile space. Pros: Size Screen Speed 2-1 Microsoft Ink Compatible USB C Cons: Size (both a plus and minus here, we all love a bigger screen) Soldered RAM (Non-Upgradeable Ram) No charging via USB C All in All a great piece of gear that goes the job done while dazlzing with a great screen.

Great "end table" or traveling laptop

I got this laptop for ease of portability around the house and while traveling. I liked the compact size, hybrid keyboard or touchscreen operation, and solid state disk drive so no concerns about gentle handling to avoid a disk crash. I also wanted an HDMI port so I can use it for Netflix and other streaming while staying at hotel or timeshare. Just bring an HDMI cable and plug into TV. It has met my expectations. Areas that were better than expected were battery life and ease of switching from keyboard/touchscreen laptop to a hand held touchpad. While in touchpad mode (folded flat), the keyboard is on the "back" and remains exposed (and disabled). Seems odd, but so far no issues with exposed keys. Also works nice as a table top touchpad when partially unfolded. When closed, its thin and solid and fits in a backpack with other reading material. I don't feel it even needs a protective case - just don't sit on it or toss it around! And finally, price point was excellent considering the features.

    Buy This Over a Macbook

Think about it. Samsung makes the displays for iPad Pros and iPads so you're getting an Apple quality QLED display with the specs of a Macbook for several hundred dollars less. Plus it feel like an apple product. So there's that. And you can do all the navigation with one hand. Tap two fingers to right click single finger tap to left click. It's been a good device to me so far and I like how the keyboard works. There's really nothing better you can get until you pay over 2000 dollars for a laptop and at that point you're spending high-end desktop money on a laptop so you run into diminishing returns; you mine as well just get the high end desktop. To sum it up this is the best you can get for the money and will be for the foreseeable future. I don't see myself parting with this for several years if not more if it holds up like ever other Samsung device I owned. My only complaint is the right shift key location. They could have placed the finger print scanner somewhere else and just had the normal size shift key. It's not a deal breaker or worth dropping a star but it definitely takes getting used to with your muscle memory (like most new keyboards but a little longer). But you do get more than what you pay for with this device; there is no denying that fact. I got it for 699.99 because for some reason they were selling it for 250 dollars off for a limited time.I probably got the deal of the year tech-wise on this thing. I hope it holds up and thanks Samsung for this cool new laptop!

I have tried several computers in this price range and this one was the best combination between battery life, display, and functionality. Lightweight. Keyboard feels very premium. Fingerprint sensor works very well. Compatible with the Wacom bamboo ink stylus. Only down sides for me are that the speakers are disappointing (though I use this as a work computer and rarely use the speakers anyway so not a deal breaker) and the trackpad is on the small side. Got it while on sale and couldn’t be happier with the cost/value ratio. Highly recommended.

This laptop excels in the most important features most people need. Battery life is exceptional. Have not gone a day yet when it died before a full 8 hours of productivity (full brightness at 400 nits, several opened tabs, video-editing, downloading, etc.) You won't need to bring the AC adapter with you. The QLED display is outstanding. The color is as vivid as a TV. The brightness can go as high as 800 nits for outdoor use! There are plenty of ports for productivity. Two USB a, one USB c, an SD card reader and an HDMI input are all included. Portability is incredible. At less than 3 pounds, it is among the lightest 2 in 1 you can get. Probably, the best laptop you can buy for under $850!

I love my new Samsung. It is quick to start up maybe because I haven't loaded it down with a lot of programs and files yet. The size and weight is perfect making it very portable. The screen is super clear with vivid color thanks to the QLED screen. I have yet to try it in tablet mode so I can't comment to that. WIFI connection is great and steady. If we can ever be allowed to return to work at coffee shops and of the sort I think I would have no problem staying connected and working. Battery life is ok, not the best. Although I can get out about 8 hours of steady use, it does keep longer for standby time. Overall a great computer for on-the-go use.

Samsung just makes great products. I had a Samsung before but I ruined it by getting sick while it was in my lap and I fried the keyboard. So, I tried a MacBook Air but quickly realized how much I missed my Samsung. This Samsung flex laptop reminds me of the Mac's keyboard so now I have the best of both worlds. It's light, fast, and has a great screen not to mention the awesome battery life. This laptop doesn't disappoint!

I had intended to buy a very small laptop for travel, but the Best Buy person on the floor pointed me to this one -- an excellent value and much more storage, memory and graphic quality than the one I had first chosen for small lightweight because I wanted easy to carry. I am delighted. Excellent color on the screen. Picture goes almost to the edge so visual area is bigger than expected for size of computer. Perfect for previewing and backing up my vacation pictures from my camera. Light weight and small enough to fit is a big purse. Very good battery charge duration.
