Samsung is always have been a great product. I think this notebook is excellent in performance. However, I would be careful bringing this around. I am not sure if the housing is made of thin aluminum or hard plastic. It feels good but not as solid. As of now I am working from home so this stay in my home office. I haven't to use the tablet mode and I can finally edit photos in photoshop more precise and accurately. I like the backlit keyboard and the battery life. It last me all day without having to charge the laptop. I highly recommend this one. Thumbs up.

I bought this as I was starting classes online and my chromebook wasn't compatible for some of the software I needed. I love all things samsung so picking this laptop was pretty easy, especially with the help of a best buy employee. I like that is syncs easily to my phone, watch, and ear buds. I can use my stylus from my Note 20 with it and it's touch screen. It's been fast and easy to use so far. I'm not super knowledgeable about the ins and outs of computers, but my husband said the "specs look really good". Lol I'm happy with my purchase

I bought this for my wife, who wanted something small enough to easily carry and could be used like a book. She and I both owned 17" HP laptops and have always had good success with the HP brand. I had recently purchased a 14" Chromebook by HP when my old Samsung tablet got stepped on, and wanted something I could use as a tablet or laptop. I loved the fact that the HP display went from edge to edge of the frame, but was not bright enough to use outdoors, which I love to do. My wife like my small 2n1 chromebook, but felt it was too big to use as a tablet, and way too heavy. I checked out the 12" size of 2n1 notebooks by all brands, but not one had a display that went edge to edge making them smaller than they actually were. Then I stumbled on the 13.3 size and found this one by Samsung that was ultra light. We like Samsung products and own their tv's cell phones, stove, and washer. Also this is a windows box which meant no new learning curve such as with the chromebook. The notebook came loaded with windows 10 and some Samsung bloatware which actually made it pretty compatable to our cell phones. It also comes with every port needed including USB A, USB C, SD card to increase storage, and an HDMI port of which I have no idea how they fit it in there. After a few updates, it was up and running windows 11. People complain that they feel cheap, which they do compared to my HP chromebook, however it is the fact that they wre so light weight that they feel cheap. The truth is the quality of the Samsung is outstanding, the display is full edge to edge brilliance, easily used outdoors. It came with the Intel I5 4 core processor, 16g of ram, and 128g digital harddrive. The notebook is fast for sure especially when comparing to our old 17" laptops with old mechanical style harddrives Only downside is battery life is no where near what's advertised (but is a windows box with a brilliant screen), and am unable to find a hard shell case for this. But does accept a standar 13.3" screen protector.

I am a realtor Light weight wich make it easy to carry, I like the way I can fold it and tactile screen when I'm working with my clientes he's with me in the car. I am not waiting to get home to use it's on the go with me.

I love the graphics, the computer is wicked fast, being able to fold it over every which way plus being touch screen makes it feel like I have a really awesome tablet with the processing power and battery life of a laptop! I love Samsung products! the only thing I really don't like about it is how low the internal speaker is I had to get a Bluetooth speaker, 4.5 stars

This is a great laptop. The quality of the images on the screen is amazing. I love the outdoor mode, which increases the brightness even further so you can see the screen outside. It also has a great battery life

Got it on sale for 650. Bad to Mediocre battery life lasted me around 6 hours. Amazing build quality for the price. All aluminum build and solid hinge. However, there is a creak when there is pressure in the middle of the chassis. Touchscreen is an amazing feature. Touchpad is a little small for some, solid for me, as I do small, repeated strokes. It's a solid computer for this price. I will be exchanging mine for another one, as a day in, the fan started making grinding noises. Hopefully this gets resolved.

It's easy to switch between touchscreen or keyboard. It works well with Zoom and the usual applications. The size is a good compromise between a tablet and a luggable. The battery life is reasonable. In sum, no big surprises or disappointments. It does what it's supposed to with no fuss

I had wanted a laptop for a while and was having a hard time choosing but I'm glad I went with this one. The specs are great for the price, it runs smoothly, and it can even handle some games like stardew valley and smite. Of course, it is NOT a gaming laptop but I'm happy that in between classes I can play some games without lagging. Its small and light and I actually find myself using the touchscreen waaaaay more than I ever thought I would.

The size of this laptop is great for the everyday college student. I bought this for my son and he absolutely loves his galaxy book. Its lightweight and fast. The keys are crisp and responsive. It has a fingerprint reader that he can't shut up about. LOL... It gets the job done. The screen is clear, clean, and bright. He can't wait to upgrade to whatver comes out next.

A great touch screen screen, good (back-lit) keyboard and great, metal, build make this premium laptop a great buy if you can look past its quiet speakers. Display - 8/10 - Bright, very good color and resolution make this a very good display. Design and Build - 8/10 - Metal everything apart from the display and keyboard, this laptop feels very good to the touch, the only con being that on hot summer days, the metal is warm to the touch. Speakers - 5/10 - Very quiet speakers that quickly get over powered by anything making noise nearby. You won’t fill a room with sound with these speakers. Power - 7/10 - Powerful enough for web browsing, streaming, word documents and the most basic of games. A great everyday laptop, but if you’re looking for a gaming machine on content creation, this ain’t it, chief. There’s an Asus for the same price that’ll give you more power although the screen and build don’t quite match this Samsung.

Very nice machine. I like the 2-in-1 feature and the compact size. The only negatives are it is not a rigid as it could/should be especially for a 360* machine. When you flip it backwards to use as a tablet it tends to flex a bit. Not an operational problem but for a Samsung it doesn't have the quality feel I would expect. Also, the speakers are nothing to brag about. I have to Bluetooth to external speakers. Despite these issues I would buy again.

I was considering a different laptop and was directed to this one by the employee that was assisting me. I wanted something smaller that would be easy to travel with. and at .5 x 12 x 8, this laptop fits the bill. The screen is bright and sharp, the keyboard is backlit, the number of USB ports and outputs are sufficient for my needs and I like the micro SD card reader. It's lightweight, but feels very solid.

Display color and quality is what I was looking for in this purchase, as well as the processing speed. There are a few problems I have but nothing to warrant taking away a star. One main issue I seem to have is with the sleep settings. If the computer goes to sleep, it usually force closes all the open programs without being prompted. This happens consistently from anywhere between a few minutes in sleep mode to several hours. I've tried matching the sleep settings with my old HP Spectre since they both run on Windows, but maybe this is an issue specific to Samsung. Another issue is that sometimes the computer will freeze and need to be rebooted, even if the only thing running is a streaming service like YouTube or Hulu.

I am very happy with this computer. It is very light weight, the battery life is super long, and the computer is super fast. I am not a gamer nor have I watched a video on the computer yet, but the screen is super bright and very crisp like my Samsung QLED TV. I also love the backlit keyboard that is light sensitive. It turns on when I need it, all on its own.

This is an excellent computer if you work on the go. it stays charged for a long time, the versatile touchscreen and keyboard allows you to work in many different settings, it has the right amount of power in the processor to support all Internet-based programs and apps for working remotely. The speaker and camera work extremely well for video conferencing.

We purchased two of these for our children who will be doing NTI in the fall for school. So far, they have really enjoyed these and our youngest has made some fantastic artwork utilizing the touchscreen. So far, everything seems to be working as designed and the battery life appears to be good. For the sale price we paid, this seems to be one of the better options.

The keyboard is a little bit off center compared to my other laptops, but you get used to it after a while. The laptop is super lightweight, runs fast (love the SSD), and is super portable. Holds up well and looks sleek.

I'm giving this item a 5 star. It is pretty fast, looks great and battery life is pretty good too. I don't know if it's a common problem but my first device had a problem with the touchpad and with the "F" buttons, but thankfully i was able to take it in to Best Buy and replace it. The one I have now has not given me any problems.
