It does a good performance for things like gaming and work.

Good machine, works as expected, however it is too sensitive. Frequently it will close a file or change web sites when it is moved or touched on the edge of the case. This is very frustrating and reduces the machines efficientency. I can't recommend this device.

Good pc. Gets me what I need And it is great for students.

This laptop gets very HOT very quickly! It does not matter if it has room to breathe! Had has been looked at 2 times first the technician was concerned but when picked up the guy brushed it off saying we needed a cooling mat.I bought one but of course it didn’t work.so we just deal with it. We have had it now for 2;years.just saw review so I thought why not! It wasn’t a lot of money but definitely a health risk and fire risk!

Works good so far! The tablet mode is a cool feature.

Long battery life?? No! Battery probably gives me about 4 hours. I thought very highly of this product. I think it's time to take it back.

It has been great so far except for today, the touch pad is shot... Can only use it with external mouse, I have had it only a couple weeks. So back to Best Buy to see what kind of hassle this is gonna be..

Webcam worked the first 2 days. My son needed a computer for virtual learning and this computer was great price and touch screen. But all of a sudden webcam stopped working and Best Buy or Samsung couldn’t help

I bought this item to be able to stream my games . 3.0 USB port not strong enough to power capture card. However after using a booster. The stream is good. Pictures are ok quality.

You need to be VERY familiar with the latest software changes to be comfortable with this unit. It is difficult to impossible to override the default sets. It is determined to sell me a lot of apps. My last laptop was a 17" Toshiba Satellite L875D-S7343, price $430 purchased 1/25/2013. It was easy to use from the first day. It has been hauled all about the world and the hard drive recently crashed. I really miss it .. RIP. I am willing to admit prices have gone up, but this unit cost $755, not worth it! I gave it two stars because I will figure out how to use it, to stubborn to give up

Fast action and easily transferred pictures and info from old laptop. The lighted keyboard though is fairly useless. It does not give any definition to the keys. Back to using it under lights.

Since Samsung has very bright displays is awfully uncomfortable the adaptive Brightness that comes with all this mobile laptops and you cannot turn off, I have to return it even when I loved how this device looks and easy can carry it around, but for the price I won't accept this problem, I bought a Dell and realize that all of them has the same problem a little less annoying because it's a regular display and little chipper but still a huge issue for your eyes. Nothing professional, you cannot relay on this devices for design or photo/video editing so basically is a toy for kids.
