NOT easy to use. Does not come with Microsoft OfficeSuite. Screen freezes. Can’t easily move from screen to previous screen. Could not set up fingerprint access; wouldn’t read my print, even after several attempts. Could not set up voice commands; microphone not working. I think I was given a used one. No way that this is brand new with so many things not working. Way too expensive considering all of the above. Only pros is that it’s touch screen, small, and light weight.

So far so good! Fair price. Good option for midrange computer. Wasnt planning on buying laptops but happy with choice.

I did not care for this computer. The pad didn't work at all so you have to use a mouse. It was not very cute either. Plain and boring... Redhead1

I gave it back to Best Buy. There’s no USB-C charging, and that’s just stupid. Who wants to carry some random crap laptop charger around everywhere?

Good computer but disappointed in the quality. I was carrying with mevin a laptop bag. A few times I went to retrieve and the laptop was hot. So hot it burnt my hands while attempting to take it out of my bag. Similar experience if I'm using for more than an hour.

I am using it to play OOTP 21. It's fantastic. Would recommend it.

Good laptop but the video is blurry at times, especially when video calling. Don’t buy this for business use.

From my perspective this laptop was a little overly exaggerated. It was not worth the money they were asking.

Wanted to like but had to return. Lengthy pdates every other day. Terrible screen quality, horrible sound and volume. The final straw was me typing an email and when attempting to capitalize a letter via shift button multiple windows kept opening.

Not a horrible starter computer, sometimes shut off and on but has an amazing display

Needed a new one for content purposes and this is a great addition to personal owned property. A great pc!

Everything that could go wrong when I need a laptop the most DID go wrong... I use it for school everyday and unfortunately Samsung has disappointed me with this laptop... The laptop is always freezing on me when I am working on a document or simply typing on the search engines, the laptop would freeze and whatever I had typed I would have to do so again. The backlit keyboard keeps blinking on and off, and I had read this on some reviews did not pay much attention to it. But now my laptop does blink and the back light won't stay on. The way this laptop processes is very slow and overall freezes too much. It only makes it harder for me to work on my assignments and writing reports... I will either have to trade this in or sell it, because I cannot continue working with it no more.

I owned this PC for about 2 weeks and within the first week of use I I notice the unit would restart randomly between uses. I tried resetting the unit a few times with the problem persisting. The build quality is OK but the execution and trusted delivery of performance is not there. It may be wise to invest in another option/brand with consistent reliability and customer promise than Samsung.

Well right about now I’m really wondering about the categories for open box specials. I mean I am not complaining regarding the price of the product and the value paid but what I am reviewing at the moment is when they write and describe for the product that you’re getting all the necessary cables and just I’m not getting the bucks you kind of think that you’re getting the necessary cables including the cord to power on the computer and not a dead on arrival computer and you have no idea even if it turns on. OK nicks OK scratches OK smudges but it basically looks like this computer has been used for a year and then somebody had it in a pile let it die and then picked it up and said oh let’s sell it. Again the description that was on the sticker wasn’t shown on the website or receipt.

Love the design. However after a few months it started getting slow.

BATTERY DID NOT LAST EVEN 2 HOURS. GOT HOT VERY QUICKLY. DID LIKE THE FINGERPRINT SIGN ON, IT WAS PORTABLE, LIGHTWEIGHT. THOUGH THIS WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND IT WAS RETURNED 4 DAYS LATER.

I returned this for a laptop with more memory. I did not even open the box.

Has a light up keyboard, wish it had a numeric key pad on the side.

Notebook is nice and light. However, the one we got had problems with the touchpad not responding. Trouble shoot for a few days and end up sending to samsung for repair/replace. Now no notebook for who knows how long.
