Absolutely Junk! Owned this thing for about 2 hours and returned it. Booted into windows once and never again. Managed to get through the initial setup and into windows. This thing is loaded with bloatware. Tried to reinstall windows clean and then the problems started. No keyboard, touch pad, touch screen, or any internal peripheral worked. Tried to recover the machine from it own internal recovery system and still nothing. After about 1.5 hours of playing with it I finally gave up. Thing did not boot into windows again. Did get a look at the partitions on the SSD, there where about 10 of them. Think this thing is not even a true windows machine but an emulated windows machine.

Samsung style with high quality features

I purchased mine as an Open-Box certified and was happy to see it came in its original box. Felt like I was getting it new. The pros: --Screen. It really is as good as the reviews say. --It is super light. --It just looks good, love that Samsung style. --The keyboard feels very nice when typing. --The camera looks good on Zoom. --The i5 is actually pretty fast. I was bummed the i7 seems to be sold out everywhere (even on Open Box), but I am satisfied so far with the i5. FYI, I don't use it for gaming. --The fingerprint ID pad to login is a treat. --When you flip the screen around to use it as a tablet, the functionality is great. --Touch screen is nice and responsive --USB ports! I still find them necessary and love that they are 2, plus a USB C port. --Battery does seem to last as long as advertised. The cons: --The laptop feet don't grip. This didn't come up in any review I read. The laptop slides around a lot on surfaces. I've gone ahead and purchased some rubber feet for the bottom which I was not expecting to have to research (it is not an easy type of product to find). --The shift key on the right of the keyboard is so tiny. It's taking a lot of new effort having to learn to get to it while typing. It might be easier to learn to use the left shift key, because that right one is tricky. It's annoying enough for me to include it in this review. --The home, page up, page down, and end keys are on the arrow keys. You have to use the fn key + one of the arrow keys to use them. These typing issues seem petty, and I know it is a 13.3 inch, but I do a lot of writing. --The speaker is underneath the laptop. I got used to this from my last Samsung laptop so I'm already accustomed to using ear buds and headsets. But for those times I don't want something in or on my ear, the sound quality is average. --The case is aluminum, which looks fantastic, but it is slippery in tablet mode. I find myself gripping it for fear of it slipping out of my hands. --Random other things: No usb c charging, S-Pen doesn't work on screen (I'm not sold I need these things, but... Overall: I am a Samsung devotee (phone, watch, earbuds, previous laptop), so maybe it was inevitable I was going to give this a 5-star review. But for this price (especially the open box certified price), if you can live with the cons above, there are just so many great high quality aspects to this laptop that you might be like me and find it hard to say no.

This is the worst laptop I’ve owned as far as battery life. I couldn’t be mobile because I was constantly plugged into an outlet. What’s the point in buying a laptop if you can’t be mobile more than 30 minutes? I simply research online and browse on social media when using my laptop unplugged.. so I’m not sure why the battery capacity is that terrible seeing as I’m not even utilizing it to the fullest capacity stated on the equipment specs.. will not be purchasing again

No USB-C charging. I mean how, in 2020, Freon one of the worlds largest mobile device manufacturers, can this device not have USB-c charging? This is a real shame... cause it’s a very well designed device... but the charger is awful, and you cannot use this as an all-day device on just battery - can’t get more than 5.5 hours on light use. Sorry but the lack of Usb-c charging is a deal breaker. Also, Samsung customer service is absolutely horrible. I will never buy a Samsung product again.

This isn't any better than a $300 laptop. In less than two years of owning this product it quit working. The laptop will not not quit entering "Samsung Recovery" mode. It erased a lot of my senior capstone project, and even with a reset it still enters Samsung Recovery mode over and over. This was a waste of $700

The RAM is soldered on. That alone does not justify the high price tag. With soldered RAM I would of either skipped it or talked them down to the price of what the processor is because everything else is just a gimmick. For within the same price range you can get dedicated graphics and better expandability. Just counting down the days of it's planned obsolesce.

It's fast enough, the screen is fine, it's got the specs for the price. The WiFi is awful. We have several tablets and computers in this house and it drops after 29 minutes on zoom 100% of the time. Just disconnects from the network. Not so good on job interviews!

Not a fan of this AT ALL. The functionality does NOT match the high price tag. Laptops in the $300 range literally function better than this, Had to return! Which is ashame because I would assume that samsung had good products! smh

I bought 4 computers for my new business. Windows 10 for home was already installed per the label on the box. However Window Enterprise was actually installed and no "KEY" was provided. 3 HOURS between Best Buy and MIRCOSOFT and nobody would get windows up and running.

I hate this computer. It's slow and the operating system isn't user friendly. Transferring files from the old computer is labor intensive. Basically, I'm not using the thing. Oh, and just getting to the initial screen was ridiculous! Hate, hate, hate this computer!

I think this is one of the worst computers I have ever used. I really wish that I could just return it. Apple is the way to go. I can’t stand using windows OS and every single time the fan gets so loud and the lap top gets so hot even when you’re not using it.
