Do not recommend thus laptop. It broke in a month.

Just my opinion; wanted a simple laptop; let sales person sell me on this flex with dual screen options; i wanted both a laptop AND a tablet .. two separate devices! This is NOT what sales person convinced me i was buying. I returned for a laptop and a tablet!

I bought this laptop about 3 months ago. I've been using it daily since then. I have not run into any issues at all. NONE! This little machine just keeps humming along like it should. I upgraded to Windows 11 with absolutely no problems (surprise there! Thanks Microsoft!) The touchscreen is a wonderful addition to what one would consider an economy laptop. For the price that was all I expected. The ssd is crazy fast, the memory is good, could be better, but good enough for the average American for sure. All in all, from a retired IT guy, this is easliy one of my best pc related purchases ever, Thank you Samsung and Best Buy!!!

As soon as I got it home the screen started flickering. After just getting rid of a Samsung fridge that only lasted 1 year... this is probably my last Samsung product. Everything the make seems to be garbage in the last 5 years. Returned it for a MS Surface and love it.

Good afternoon extremely disappointed in my laptop/computer purchase. The camera stopped working, therefore the computer needs to be shipped to the manufacturer. I purchased the computer for my daughter so I’m unsure how I should handle things.

Laptop is pretty good Samsung has very good products.

The computer is terribly slow and I didn’t receive the deal that was offered where I’d get a faster processor. I’m exhausted of wasting my time on devices that won’t last more than 2 months.

Unfortunately, Samsung should stick to making TV's as there is no real power on this machine.... it falls short of my expectations. Returned it immediately and got a Dell.

Worst laptop ever. It was very very slow. I could only have 2 people use the computer anymore it was even slower. It was just horrible. I had to return it ASAP

Had this computer for barely over a year and it died. The mother board died after 14 months of use. Do not recommend.

The touch screen had a glitch and had to be returned.

Ordered 12/18 not recv'd as of 1/8 no one can tell me where it is?? But I've been billed for it. On-line help useless.

Audio stops working and have to restart. Bought it for my son’s school and I felt It’s not the perfect laptop for kids.

Didn’t even last a week and changed it twice still gives you major issue from starting with keyboard, the system.

Came with screen discoloration and Netflix won’t work. Can’t take it in bc of covid.

They cancel my purchase and never return the money. Now my bank will deal with it.

great small lap top at a great price. i did buy a 2 screen extender and works great. i've used this for work for 3 years and no problems at all.

The Pen feature jumps on averages with the active pen.

Awful. Stopped working after 2days. Returned it !!!
