This laptop got me through my BSN and MSN program and was integral in helping me apply for my licenses and credentialing and landing my first FNP job! Excellent laptop, best feature is the touch screen.

I am returning this because I am not thrilled with the apparent build quality. In particular, the chassis feels plastic-y, and the keyboard is hard to type on. It is very lightweight, which was a big selling point for me. However, as a result, the keyboard is really cramped, and the travel of each key is super slight (i.e. it barely moves). The arrow arrangement is especially compact and hard to use if you use the arrows at all to move around within a text box like this. The touchpad is not great either - I have experienced better on several brands. This might be fine for kids to mess around on but I would not feel very productive on it, even just typing this review. I also am not fond of the proprietary charge port, when at least one other laptop in our house charges with a standard USB port.

After owning Lenovo, HP, ASUS, and Toshiba, and being disappointed with the first three brands, I chose Samsung Galaxy Flex due to good service from my Samsung Galaxy phone. I appreciate MOST everything about this laptop: Extremely Lightweight; Super thin; Dynamic sharp QLED display; Quick on Fingerprint security; Fully Flexible, and Touchscreen. What I don't like: I found out too late that it does not have a full size SD port, only a micro SD port. Additionally, I had read that the 13.3" Samsung Galaxy Flex has Phone charge ability through the Touchpad. It does not. By the way, I purchased "Open Box" in Dec. 2020, for a better price and it was brand new, never used.

I'm very happy with this so far. I love how light weight it is. It is doing everything I need it to do. I can type on it fine, which was an important point for me. I love the flip screen and the touch screen works great. One thing I just noticed. I bought mine 2 months ago, and it is now $200 more than I paid for it. I don't know if it's just this laptop or if it's all of them going up a lot. I didn't think I had gotten mine on sale when I got it, but maybe.

Absolutely love this laptop! Still runs amazingly. Would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Easy to use. Small and simple. Can turn into a tablet, by flipping back.

I have had this laptop for almost 4 years now. It is an amazing computer!! It has helped me start my online business and take college classes as well as stream hours of media content. It has been exactly what I have needed for years.

This notebook is second to none. I have had more than my share of laptops but this one exceeds my expectations. Here are the pros that put this notebook over-the-top. First, the display is clear and strikingly clear. I have severe vision problems. This 13.3 display would ordinarily not work for me. The outstandingly brilliant display makes this possible for me. The battery time is almost unheard of. I have never had a laptop that the battery would hold up for more than 4 to 6 hours. This is more like 11 to 14. I really get to go places without the charging cord. I like the way the backlit keys work. They are on when you need them, and off when you don't. The keys make no noise. The keys work well with my fast typing speeds. It is thin, and light and fits in my purse. It has a touch screen which I use often and love. works well with my logitech mouse when I need it. There are many ways you can add to memory. Perfect laptop for my needs. I also got this at a good price.

While I hate the name, this is a great value. QLED helps provide great battery life without sacrificing quality. Full 1080P is enough for most people; a 4K display still destroys battery life, so I find no need for one. This is basically the same as the more expensive Flex but it just doesn't have the Qi charging pad (gimmick more than useful) and it doesn't come with the S-Pen, but it still supports it. Only thing I don't like is that in order to get USB-C charging, you have to use an actual Samsung OEM charger.

At first I really liked this laptop but now I don’t think it is sturdy enough. I bought this 3 years ago and for the first 2 years I had no problems. Then parts of the keyboard started malfunctioning. The backspace, and other important keys don’t work. So for the past year I’ve been having to select things and hit control x to erase. I should probably get it fixed but I haven’t had the time and I think that maybe it would be best to invest in getting a different laptop instead of getting this one repaired.

Great laptop! Got me through my college years and made it easy to navigate and conduct research from different sources at once.

Loved it sadly just got coffee spilt on it and i shut it off immediately but shorted out prior to shutting down

I love this laptop, I only got it about a week ago but it is amazing so far. I love how fast this computer runs too, you turn it on and boom you're signed in. I may be overreacting a bit because my computer before this was incredibly slow. Only complaint I would have is that it can make a little noise if you've been using it for a while, but that's expected I guess. I'm usually an apple user but MacBooks can't do much and are way overpriced.

Overall a great product but online made it seem like it came with a pen but it didn't

After two days, Samsung - Galaxy Book Flex Alpha has surpassed all of my expectations. I am very pleased. I bought two other tablets prior to this one. The first one was 1gb and way too slow, the second one was 2gb slow but not as slow (not good for multitasking). This laptop/tablet transcends my previous purchases: Windows 10, i5 processor, 8gb, 256 hd, and a backlit keyboard. I’m a happy camper!! The only negatives (minor), are getting used to smaller lettering and protecting the beautiful aluminum body from scratches and dings.

I love this laptop. It does everything that I need for school, great browser, super nice and fast. Definitely recommend

Bought it as a gift for my mother to edit pictures and she loves it

Touch pad is very bad and the hinge breaks easily battery life would last for 4 hours on medium brightness
