Absolutely not worth shelling out $900. Camera claimed it was not connected and the microphone did not work either. Spent over an hour on the phone with Samsung without talking to ANYBODY. Battery life was atrocious after 2 days and there were loads of updates that restricted me from being able to use it. Returned after not even a week.

I bought this computer because the Best Buy employee recommended it. I had Geek Squad set it up for me . When I got it home and started using it I got the blue screen with the sad face 3 times in 2 days. I took it back to Geek Squad. They wiped it clean and installed everything again. I took it back home and it did the same thing so I returned it for the same model but different computer. I have had this one for 9 days now and it is malfunctioning. I definitely do not recommend. I owned a Samsung laptop once before and It didn't last long. I won't be buying Samsung in computers anymore.
