This computer is amazing. Lightning fast and on top of it, very pretty. Love the integrations with the Samsung phone and the versatility of the product to be used as a tablet as well. The pen is amazing as well. Highly recommend.

The only reason I didn’t give this device 5 stars was because the Sound is not truly the best quality. The speakers are located on the bottom of the device, but even when elevated, the sound quality is far from perfect. However…everything ELSE about the laptop IS! The inadequate sound is a very small price to pay for the Power, Speed, Convenience of this beauty! (Especially considering I use my AirPods when entertaining myself with the device anyway!) The Hinge on it when flipping the device backwards to utilize as a Tablet is INCREDIBLY sturdy, and I don’t foresee as an issue anytime in the near future. The SPen doesn’t have a slot anywhere on the device to securely hold it when not in use, but again…a small price to pay when there are multiple ways around that being an issue. I have no regrets purchasing this Powerhouse of a Laptop!!

Great laptop! Starts up easily and quickly compared to my previous laptop. The SSD really performs well. Screen is a bit small for my old eyes. Unfortunately I dented the metal case so it isn't "pristine" any more.

I purchased this for one of our production graphic designers and it's been an excellent machine for multiple processes running at the same time. I highly recommend. You can always depend on Samsung's graphic capabilities for vivid and clear pictures and processing speeds.

Quality feel when you pick it up and open it up. Super fast and long battery life. Touch screen could use improvement as it picks up touches when hand rests on screen that should not be registered.

I have it for about a 1 month now, It is very fast, i7 11 generation 16GB memory. I add another 1TB to the laptop, con unable to upgrade memory. I want to put more memory but no slot for it. Super lightweight. Not sure what cause some people screen crack. I tried at the store open close dozen time, I checked mine too. Hope I don't run into that issue though. I give it a 4 stars because it is expensive laptop with large screen and laptop but no room to upgrade more memory except storage. Also battery life only max 8 hrs. does not do 20 hrs as it stated. I placed Best power efficiency 8hrs, Balanced 6 hrs, and best performance only at 2hrs.

Excellent laptop for daily use! Super light weight and thin. Super sharp screen with excellent viewing angles. Excellent for word processing to video editing! You won't be disappointed!

This is an excellent pc. I have been looking for a thin and lightweight pc for a long time and now I found it in this 2 in 1 pc. It has a bright ecreen and fast speed. I recommend this pc for its light weight and speed.

I absolutely love this laptop! It is insanely fast and so light-weight its scary. Color is beautiful and love everything about the aesthetics. Only complaint is the sound; its actually terrible.

I was lucky to get this laptop on sale for $1200 about a week ago. It is fast, easy to use, and full of special features. Everything I need for graphic design and use in my graduate program. Grab one, it won't disappoint.

What an excellent laptop/tablet. Fast, modern, lightweight. Tablet mode is great. Keyboard is ok. Touchpad is so big that I always left click on the right side but I just plugged in a wireless mouse.

The computer overall functions very well and I enjoy using for my purposes of videos, gaming, and browsing. I would have liked to been able to have the function of hibernation instead of sleep when I turn the computer off. The keyboard needs time to get used to but it works just fine no problems. The screen is also a great feature because it lights up and shows great colors without needing to have it so bright. The best part is of course the dual system making it possible to not overheat and saving the battery which is very nice in a hot environment where I live. The man who sold and described the computer to me was right in getting this very good laptop computer.

Great machine, performs fast and clear. Does great for daily use for normal tasks, MS Office, etc. The keyboard takes some getting used to, and minus a star for no 4K. Battery life is 5-7 hours with heavy usage

Best laptop ive ever had. Super thin, light and fast as lightning. Tons of storage to. Open box price made it a no brainer and we actually got two of them, one for my son in college and one for myself.

Chose this laptop since i wanted something light but with a big screen. It did not disappoint. The colors on the screen are great, it is very responsive and I’m loving the s pen. Definitely the best choice I’ve made.

Laptop handles all my processes I use with good speed and ease. I like the flexibility of going from laptop to tablet. Did have to get an adapter for HDMI and standard USB ports. Would recommend.

Going from an outdated chromebook to this is mind blowing. Love the touch screen and the magnetic pen is great for editing pictures. Only 2 complaints are that I had to buy a separate dongle to use a usb and sim, and the storage is automatically set to go to the microsoft cloud so I lost a lot of pictures and files while transferring everything over because I ran out of cloud storage space. When I finally figured out how to disconnect the automatic upload to the cloud it wiped everything. Stupid "feature" when there is so much space on this computer.

Laptop is fast and responsive. Colors on oled screen are great. I ended up returning it though as text on the 1080p screen wasnt as sharp as what i would like to see

Really good looking laptop but using for one year I am facing some over heat issues. For $1500 laptop my expectations was high.
