Selected as replacement to my old HP laptop. Upgraded to 16g ram instead of 8. Also quicker start-up with solid state drive and finger print security instead of password code. Select this brand also for connection to my other Samsung electronics such as my smartphone, tv, watch, etc. Wanted the broadband option but was not available at time of pre-order purchase. So far so good. Just received free upgrade to Windows 11.

The screen is amazing, especially the S pen that comes with it. It’s really smooth. In addition you get more storage when compared to same price macs. You can change orientation when flipping from laptop to tablet mode. Only downside is that the speakers are located in the bottom so sound is not that great compared to macs but at least it doesn’t over heat as fast as others

Well I've had this new laptop for a month now and it's honestly a nice laptop. I like that it has 1 TB of storage which is kind of hard to find these days in store. I would of preferred if Best Buy has the 360 Pro 2 in stores but this one will be fine. My only complaint is that after buying this laptop for $1664... two days later i got an email saying the laptop was marked down $500.

This is the fastest laptop I have ever had. It has really good graphics for all of my games.

Very slim laptop, very quick, but the battery runs out quickly.

Lightweight and slim. Very comparable to a Surface and MacBook Air. I chose this size for the numeric keypad, and it makes a great almost frameless tablet. Only feature I don't like is the lack of port variety. Everything is USB-C. Had to get a USB hub and several adapters. Had to try a few as not all 'translate' as well as they claimed.

Great processor, very fast! I love the touch screen, and the size of the monitor is perfect!

It does what i thought it would. Good for landscape work and projects.

Worked fine for about a year and then just wouldn’t turn on. I kept getting the blue blinking light and tried troubleshooting to no avail. Geek squad wouldn’t take it and Samsung said it’s most likely the mother board.

The machine itself is powerful and lightweight however be aware that there seems to be a serious issue with the battery. My Battery completely died at 13 months and I used the machine very lightly. I can still use it but it has to be plugged in. When it was brand new battery life was only 3 to 4 hours tops. The battery did not give any indication it was going back, one day it simply stopped charging and I got a message saying the battery is no longer good and its one of those items that is not covered by warranty. They actually tell you that so they are expecting the batteries to fail on these machine. I love Samsung phones and my Note 10 has over 3 years with the same battery and continues to deliver great performance and battery life but Samsung Laptops are crap with battery life, will never buy another laptop from Samsung

The sleek and thin design is great and easy to use. Very user friendly as well.
