Fingerprint login frequently stops functioning leaving me with no other option than hard drive wipe. Battery life as explained in manual is false - never lasts that much. Samsumg customer service line does not always seem to understand English therefore unhelpful. Overall, item is not too bad.

LOVE this Laptop and watching movies on it -- Its amazing!! The screen resolution and sound quality is by far the best in laptops I have thus far. It can even handle Chief Architect X12 with its integrated graphics card, which is very impressive. Its also super light weight and by far my favorite 360 ever!!

I bought this for my son who is a freshman in college. He is taking basic courses (math, history, english, etc.) and it has proven to be just what he needed. The battery life is perfectly adequate and he is able to carry it with him easily due to it's slim profile. I did buy a padded sleeve to slip it into while it is in his backpack. He has had zero complaints.

Fast, many useful features and over-all, user friendly.

It is amazingly thin. Fast speed, and I really like that I can transfer pictures quickly using Nearby Share with my Samsung phone. I didn't buy this for gaming, but for migrating my photo collection over and editing photos. It does very well with what I need it to do. I'll change this review if the screen cracks, but 5 stars so far.

Great Laptop. Fast and lightweight Crisp LED display

After 5 months, the laptop stopped working. As recommended, I went to the Samsung store in my area to have it repaired. After many calls and numerous unanswered voice mails, I finally received a call back two weeks later. The news was not good; they could not fix it. They recommended the new laptop be sent to the “factory” for repairs. The estimated time for the repair was an additional 4 weeks. Like most, I cannot simply wait 6 weeks without a functioning computer. I have since replaced this laptop with a proper HP at half the cost (and see no speed difference between the two). I am not sure I will ever see the Samsung laptop again, and I caution all before buying one of these.

I love my new computer. It runs perfect and the color is spectacular.

I've been using it for a couple of months now. The screen is easy to read and I don't it carry around a lot so can't say much about the stability. Only quirk I've had repeatedly is if I have a Thunderbolt dock plugged the keyboard occasionally starts typing random characters. Only fix I've found so far is to unplug the Thunderbolt and shutdown and restart.

Bought this device on ctber monday so the price was reasonable. For internet use and running multiple apps at once, this device is fast and smooth - no lag. The battery life is good, not amazing but is entirely dependent on usage. Streaming videos online will give you less than 4 hrs it seems but regular browser use may be double that.
