Love this laptop, extremely snappy and responsive. Like others have stated the display is incredible! Mystic bronze was the color for me, looks great

I use this laptop primarily for Office and streaming. It does well what it advertises. The screen quality is really good. I haven't played much with all of its functionality yet, but so far so good!

It's been a while since I've upgraded, so this is very nice! I've had it three weeks now. It's lightweight. I love the large hard drive (1T SSD). And here's one of those things you don't know when ordering, I LOVE the keyboard action. I don't have to strike hard. It's almost effortless. It's easy to navigate and backlit. I'm liking the touchscreen better than I thought I would. And although I've just played with it so far, I look forward to mastering the tablet mode with the pen to manipulate some of my artwork. I plan on this computer serving me for many years. So far, so good! Yes, it's pricey, but I wanted to get the most up-to-date features so it will last me a long time. Hoping it will last, because I love it.

I’m very happy with this purchase. Set up was easy and transferring files from my old to computer to new was seamless. I love the touchscreen and clarity of the colors/pictures. Excellent laptop!

Bought for my Realtor wife to replace an older laptop. She loves the touch screen and light weight. Easy setup and transfer of files. Everything she needs to make me a rich Realtor husband.

This laptop is freaking amazing and totally worth the money. As an Electrical Engineering Major, storage space was very important have to download various software to complete assignments off canvas. Because of the 16GB RAM, downloads are also super fast. Even when the fans are running (during downloads when it is giving 100%), they are fairly quiet compared to other laptops I’ve tried. I also decided to choose this laptop because of the touchscreen and pen capability. I’m paperless now and my notes are saved on my one drive to open from anywhere! The only fault I would say is the camera quality in trending meetings but if that is less important than the other qualities stated, this laptop is the best out there!

This little laptop is amazing and fast as ever. Best laptop I have ever had. Does everything you can think of. The tablet mode helps make studying a lot easier for me.

Battery time is excellent. Screen resolution is great, love that it’s touchscreen comes in very handy. I work off this Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 and a Mac Book Pro love and need them both.

Love the computer, but I was so frustrated with the Total Tech annual auto renew plan that Best Buy about forces you to buy for anything you do nowadays, that I returned the laptop and bought it from another store. Good luck trying to call in to get Total Tech help from anyone reliable, without first getting put on hold and transferred around...then getting bad information. I am not a fan at all of Best Buys new model of trying to get all their customers on auto renew annual $200 plan just to get an appointment or about any help. While I understand how nice it is as a business to have a reoccurring revenue stream of auto renews that are mostly not used and forgotten about, its just bad business, and the opposite of helpful.

This thing constantly needs hours of updates. Bios, Windows, UGH.

This is a beautiful laptop. The only reason I give it a four it's because the wall charging plug gets hot while it is changing. Besides this it nice and Runs very well. So far, I haven't had any other problem.

Outstanding performance, excellent build quality, loads of addition software features from Samsung, love Windows 11. Very competitive with the best Apple Air products. Unmatched OLED display.

Within 5 months of purchase, the built-in camera stopped working. MS says it is an out-of-date driver issue that Samsung has to fix. Samsung just blames MS, and said I could mail it in (and be without a laptop?) for them to look at. No thanks. I bought an external camera as a workaround. Then, two months later, the screen cracked. I am very soft on my laptops, have had the same machines for 3-4 years with no issues. Never had a cracked screen before. Going back to Dell and Apple.

I had been buying Samsung Laptops for the past 12 years...love the simplicity size and lightweight...Only preference would be that the large number section on the right of the keyboard were not there...

Phenomenal Laptop well exceeded my expectations. Needed a new laptop for some school/work demands and this went above and beyond. A bit pricey depending on your budget but well worth every penny!

Since there are multiple ratings just addressing some of the highlights. Fingerprints true but not a big issue. Lightness is great Sound definitely could be better. Love it overall.

Purchased this for my sister. She says its been great and seems to really love it. Its super thin and light actually thinner and lighter than the 13.4" Asus Rog we bought last year.

My son loves it he is happy with it I got too say it’s one of the best one I ever got am even thinking about getting one for myself now can’t say anything negative about it.
