Initially there was some screen issues but after doing a few updates it seems to have left. Overall it is a lightweight and snappy ultra book that I would recommend.

Nice and slim laptop with fantastic speed. Literally the only downside is it only has type C plug-ins so we had to get an adapter which wasnt a big deal.

I like this Book Pro. Light weight, everything is perfect, except camera. If you don't use camera, it's excellent choice.

Beyond Satisfied. The speed and accuracy. Its exceeded expectation. I will recommend this product for daily or on the go officr use. I was not dissapointed.

Happy with the speed and capabilities of this pc. My only complaint is there is no "dock" for the stylus, it seems to be a poor design for a pc that can act as a tablet.

It is an awesome device. I would say it likely has everything but a 4K screen, outward speakers (they point down unless you're using it as a tablet) and high end graphics card. If you aren't doing tons of gaming or graphics design work, it's perfect. I work in Real Estate and love it's portability, power, and ability to multi-task. I'm very happy with purchase, and I would highly recommend. I also like Windows 11- it's like 10, but with more customization and tools.

It's really light and does what it is supposed to do. But the cooling pan is really loud compared to other laptops. Also, the camera quality is not super great.

This laptop does everything I need it to do for online learning, writing, and researching. I also use it for podcasting and training videos.

So far so good! I love it for what I'm using it for. It was costly, not sure it was worth what I spent on it, but I do love it and I know I will be using it for years.

Great laptop. Turns on extremely fast, fingerprint scanner works great. Charges quickly and battery last a good amount of time.

The computer speed is great. Display is a bit different than what we’ve had before so requiring some time to adjust.

This worked great until a bios update caused it to crash and never come back on again.

I love the laptop. Slick, fast. Only issue is that it heats up when you're running some software, or installing stuff, Otherwise I like it. Also expensive.

This computer was a great buy. Its so user friendly and compatible to everything. I am going to use it to make movie's, cd's to create forever memories.

Every product specification (including Samsung) that I read said that a touch pen was included with the PC. Yours was one where the fine print was very important. Basically, it alluded to it being touch pen capable. I see that as somewhat deceptive. The manufacturer's product description for the very same product should not be changed by a vendor. I was disappointed with the wording. The product has only USB-C ports, so I had to purchase devices so my older USB products could interface with this PC. It has good features also but I expected that from what I read.

I've had no issues with it, very fast and colors on the screen pop. only 1080p but no issues. Can play most non super demanding games on at least medium graphics

I absolutely love this laptop! It's fast, the screen color is bright and vibrant and it turns on extremely fast! This is a computer that is well worth the money!

Sharp looking, super fast, great picture, keyboard is easy to type on and comfortable to use. Definitely happy with my purchase
